First transfer was successful and baby is almost 16 months now. We had another transfer and that took as well. Based on my very different results from 2 different clinics, I think there is a problem with their embryologist, aside from getting embryos mixed up. Some people may only have the ability to do 1 retrieval/transfer. If you have time and money to waste ok to try this clinic and then go somewhere else. Although Dr McNichols is nice, you will get better results somewhere else.

I had gone to 3 previous doctors and practically begged them to test me for PCOS and they all brushed me off. The very first time I met with Dr. Patel, she very aggressively tested me to pin point exactly what the issue was. I am so thankful for her thoroughness. After a couple months of testing, we met with her again. She made a plan for me that included several different oral medications. She was also very aware of my lack of fertility coverage through insurance. She worked hard to keep treatment as cost effective as possible. She hit the nail on the head! We got pregnant from on our very first attempt. My story doesn't end there, because I had two previous losses I was extremely anxious. She monitored me very closely with blood work and ultrasound. I was recently just released from her care with something I've never had before-a pregnancy with a strong heartbeat. I also cannot say enough about her bedside manner. Not only is she a gifted physician, but one of the sweetest people I have come in contact with. I never felt rushed with her and she always answered my hundreds of questions. She was very calming and was always to put my mind at ease. Dr. Patel's nurses were also extremely helpful and sweet. I called them constantly with questions, and they always called back in a timely manner. My only wish is that I could continue my prenatal care with Dr. Patel and CRM. Coming to CRM was an absolute blessing for us!

She didn't make any false promises but advised me that that recommendation might be premature based on her expertise and had several strategies that had never been discussed with me before. Long story short, I had to have an urgent surgery by Dr Yates where she basically saved my life by convincing me not to delay, AND she fixed a defect, allowing me to conceive naturally following her handiwork. Dr Yates did a great job at my initial counseling, during and after my surgery, and was honest, kind and compassionate through all the scary unknowns. Top-notch medical knowledge, superior surgical skills and a great person all in one doctor? I really wish I had started here and saved myself a lot of expense and anguish. I would like to note, I started at a different clinic with very high posted success rates for IVF but that's probably because everyone was shuttled quickly to IVF without trying other options (creating a falsely high success rate), and I was steered quickly to donor eggs probably because I was bringing down those high "success" rates. It's obvious to me that Dr. Yates tailors treatment to individual patients rather than trying to "work the numbers" but generally if you save IVF only for the patients that really need it, success rates will appear lower. I don't know what the numbers are for Dr. Yates but I would encourage anyone looking for an infertility specialist to treat these numbers with some skepticism. Find a skilled doctor that will treat your individual problem(s)! And to anyone with infertility, best of luck baby-making :-)

I could have gotten the exact same information from simply doing a Google search, and they gave the audacity to charge $700 for a Telehealth visit. I understand my insurance doesn't cover this, but $700 for a 30 minutes chat on basic information is absurd. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your own research and decide if you want to freeze your eggs before ever going near a clinic. They aren't there to help you make an informed decision, they are there to make sure they get your money regardless of if they get your business or not. It is just a business profiting on peace of mind and hopes and dreams, after all.

The providers and staff are so friendly, supportive and caring! Something that I really like about this practice is that is it an all women practice, from the staff and techs to the doctors, everyone is a woman who cares about women's health! The facility itself is clean and gives off a trendy spa like atmosphere. I primarily saw Dr.Hassan, and absolutely love her! She always made sure I felt heard, presented me options and was always willing to spend the extra few minutes with me to make sure I understood everything and every question was answered. Dr.Hassan is always so friendly and supportive, truly making conversations at appointments feel like you are catching up with a friend over lunch which I loved! All of the other doctors here were just as amazing and I always feel well respected and cared for. I really appreciate their on call phone line for evening and weekend support. When I was pregnant I did use it once and Dr.Gabriel happen to be on call, she was so helpful and supportive. I had called in the middle of the night regarding a concern and even though I didn't have an appointment with her, the next time I was in the office she made sure to stop by to check in on me before I left. She came in and immediately shared "good news" about a dramatic decrease in size based on an ultrasound from the week prior. This conflicted with a CT scan from only a month earlier, yet she didn't seem aware the tests were just weeks apart. When I questioned the discrepancy, she brushed it off by saying the ultrasound offered clearer imaging instead of reviewing my history. She hadn't looked at my prior results and had to leave the room to check when I asked about the size from the previous year. Only after I pushed did she discover the issue was a typo in the report. What was presented as good news was simply an avoidable error. Patients deserve accurate, thoughtful care, and I hope this leads to improvement.

Shortly after exercising my right to decline the exam, I was discharged from the practice. This felt retaliatory and deeply unsettling, especially as a pregnant patient seeking routine care. I did not feel respected, heard, or supported, and the interaction left me feeling gaslit rather than cared for. Patients should never be punished for asserting consent or advocating for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to anyone who values respectful, patient-centered, or trauma-informed care.
