It have been thinking about this for months now, because I am not the person that leaves reviews online; But infertility is a delicate matter, at least for us, I am not sure so much for the clinics and their teams. Dr. Trolice is kind of a local News Celeb, but he didn't impress me at all. Tawanna is the Lady that took my blood and received me at the door , this Lady is divine, I wish everybody on this industry had that attitude towards woman that come to their office. I have to say the team is very nice, but I don't know why the Doctor and one assistant Christina are always so cold; I want to believe that they love their Job, but they need to show it. I was disappointed unfortunately. I am seeing another Doctor now and the feeling is wonderful, I FEEL CARED FOR, and the Doctor actually sees me after my ultrasounds, Dr. Trolice never sees you. I am paying this treatment, and emotionally is also devastating, I ask for the team that work in this field to be more compassionate or work somewhere else. Liars. Thieves. Tried to bill me for storage a yearafter they said they HAD to dispose of sperm. Tried to send to collections on my donor though they had the legal agreement and he wasn't responsible. Doctor Trolice tried to message me making it seem like I asked them to store it when they wouldn't allow me to use but I had email documents where the lying nurse said they could NOT STORE it. Avoid this clinic they will lie about everything. read more

Laurel Stadtmauer, M.D., Ph.D Is incredible! My first baby died bc of medical negligence so trying again was terrifying. My standard for care is through the roof bc I have seen thr other side of poor care. From the time I walked into the office to meeting Dr. Stadtmauer, I was overwhelmed with kindness by their entire team! Tianna was AMAZING! The Doctor listened compassionately and fully to my story and came up with a fair and cautious treatment plan. She was hopeful yet also realistic. I appreciated her calm demeanor and thorough time she spent with me.... Fast forward to today. After one round of treatment, I am almost 4 months pregnant! And I am 43 years old!! I have already left feedback with the office and with my ob/gyn, but feel it is important to share for others. He was late for our tele appointment with no communication. Connection was spotty. He complained about other patients. Cut us off. Didn't explain anything and just fat shamed me the whole time. I understand what kind of role weight and overall health plays in the wellness and viability of pregnancy/fertility, but now that I have gone to another fertility doctor in Orlando and now know that a little bit of empathy and bedside manner is what was missing. read more

I think it is better to write a review on this sites with my experienced with the staff of Dr. Trollice. All staff are respectful except Katrina who has the main person who are going to talk after your HSG! She doesn't care how important your time! I had been waiting for almost two hours; then, she came in the room she discussed few things less than 5minutes! When you are calling with her number, your call goes directly on her voicemail. How could you be comfortable with this kind of approach. They don't respect your time. read more

I have been a patient at Fertility Care for years and have always had excellent care with Dr. Trolice. That winning streak ended today... I was scheduled to have a consultation and discuss the results of an MRI with Dr. Jubiz. Thirty minutes prior to my appointment, one of the team members called to tell me that Dr. Jubiz was referring me to another surgeon. The doctor didn't even bother to call me to discuss the results of the MRI or to help me understand why I was being referred to another surgeon. This is inconsiderate and unprofessional. I now have to wait another month before I learn exactly what is going on with my body. It would've been more compassionate if Dr. Jubiz took the time to call and explain everything to me himself. read more

My wife and I had such an amazing experience with Fertility Care. Dr. Trolice and his welcoming staff were always there for us during the IVF process. After multiple losses and dwindling hope we were blessed to find such empathy and care from the Fertility Care office. I chose Dr Trolice after unsuccessful treatments at another fertility clinic. They do not accept my insurance so it was an expensive choice. I checked reviews and had talked with past employees, Dr' who worked with him and online reviews I could find and decided to bring my records and go for the free consult. I was impressed by his honest reality for me, he laid out the statistics for me I had never been given. The previous dr was not interested in giving me anything but a number. My experience here was great, all appointments were easy and staff was nice. The online portal was helpful in reaching staff with questions instead of phoning the office but only during the week. Although I felt it was a money making business for them I was successful in my first IVF transfer and the process was laid out for me step by step. I look forward to holding my baby any day now and will return for another baby if I decide. It was a good choice for me and I wish you all luck in your baby journey. read more

I don't usually write reviews online, but I know how sensitive and vulnerable this topic is for many, so I just wanted to take a few minutes and share my experience with Dr Trolice. It started with a HSG test that I had performed by him. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time, I was placed in the x-ray room where I had to wait another 30 min for the dr to show up. When he finally did, he informed the nurse they were running behind and needed to catch up. So, he finally starts the procedure, meanwhile asking me what I and my husband do for a living and other questions pertaining to our financial state. Although I thought he was noisy and made me uncomfortable spilling my guts to a stranger, I did not think much at a time. He clearly established we were perfect IVF candidates. A couple minutes into the process, he claimed he could not get any of the dye to go thru and both of my tubes were completely blocked and I needed to make an appointment to see him for an IVF consultation because it was the only option I have. Before I could absorb what he said, he was already out the door (although he did ask me to like them on FB before he left). I got dressed while shocked and speechless, and left the building. I found it hard to believe (I had the test done before and both my tubes were good). I called my ob/gyn to share my doubts and asked if it could have possibly be a spasm. After speaking with Dr Trolice, my ob/gyn called me back - according to Dr Trolice, it certainly did not look like spasm. At that point I had enough and decided to consult with a different specialist. Needless to say, another HSG was scheduled (two months after Dr Trolice's), my left tube is completely open, the right one started to spill but I could not bear the pain. It was enough for me to know one of them works for sure. They were never blocked to begin with. I was also told by my current ob/gyn that if dye is pushed too fast, they will spasm (that's why she scheduled another one). Made me wonder after countless procedures Dr Trolice has done, does he not know this... Or, on the contrary, he does.. I'd rather make myself think he does not.. The morale of the story Dr Trolice wants your money at any cost even if it means lying to you and make you feel miserable and worthless. His bedside manners leave much to be desired, if such news is delivered to a patient, at least show some dignity and mercy, at least act like you care, Dr Trolice.. For all you wonderful ladies out there, please think twice before you take your money to this doctor. I can only imagine to what extent he is willing to go to make your treatments as inefficient as possible, so he can collect more money from you. read more

Save yourself the emotional manipulation and choose another doctor. During my appointment with Mark Trolice he was rude, condescending, aggressive and emotionally manipulative. I was sent to his office by my OB to have a routine procedure done. In addition to flat out denying to do the procedure for me, Trolice also blamed me for my miscarriage and asked me unrelenting questions about how I felt about my previous losses in an effort to incite an emotional breakdown even after I asked to move on from the topic. I felt uncomfortable, angry and trapped. After speaking to a few other friends in the area who have dealt with infertility, this does not seem to be a one-off or the result of a bad day. It's a shame that someone with such horrific and manipulative bedside manner is one of the few options for people seeking help to grow their families. However, I highly encourage you to go with someone else. read more

This is the review of the front desk, the first people you deal with. This is the initial contact and impression of the way the patient is and will be treated. I called to inquire about IVF: the process, the costs involved, etc. The person on the phone was rude and condescending, extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, after encountering such bad attitude I won't be using the office. I just won't take a risk. Patients who go to a fertility clinic already have been going through hell trying to conceive and carry a child to birth. We don't need attitude and condescension. read more

Dr. Trollice was the worst experience with infertility i had!! Lost my child and Dr. Trollice had no compassion! Horrible bedside manners! I Only am writing this To hopefully help save someone else from having to go through A miscarriage without support from your doctor. He treated me and my husband poorly had Support for S or empathy. I moved to another doctor and am now pregnant. I do not want to waste my energy or time ever thinking about my negative experience at Dr. Trolice's office. However, I don't want other people to waste their time, money and hopes with him or his office. Do not believe what they say. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and made numerous errors. They did not perform all necessary tests needed and the nurses made dosing errors with my medicines. Dr. Tropic also tried to get my husband to pay and go through unnecessary tests. If I were not a nurse and my husband a healthcare lawyer, all the mistakes would not have been caught. Thank goodness we went to another office and our experience was amazing! I only write this to hopefully help another family from making the mistake we did. Please go elsewhere! read more
