I didn't find anyone at the OB's office who cared as much about me as she did, so I came to Winter Garden OBGYN just in time to find out I was expecting my first kid. I can't say enough good things about both Dr. Texier and Dr. Elms. They both were very perceptive to me throughout my pregnancy and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Texier delivered my baby girl, and I don't think it would have gone as smoothly but for Dr. Texier's very clear instructions. Thank you so much, Dr. Texier! Their staff are also just as caring. Special thanks to Lily, who was always a friendly face and walked me through the process whenever something was being done. Tammy, the office manager, also helped adjust my office visits to fit my schedule, as well as addressed a clinical issue I had during a blood draw. The office itself is gorgeous and physically appealing. It makes sense since the building itself is also brand new. The reception area has a little Keurig for coffee, as well as a mini fridge for water and juice boxes. I will continue to go to Winter Garden OBGYN. They've officially earned my trust.

I had to go through 2 years of IVF and when I came back I was labeled high risk. They then advised 25-30+ ultrasounds! I declined ONE ultrasound and was discharged from being a patient. Dr. Texier didn't even seen me once and didn't have the courage to call me. The PA said it's Dr. Texier way or the highway and there is no questioning her authority. I am devastated bc I thought they cared about me. If you question anything or want more time to decide they will drop you at your most vulnerable time. DO START CARE HERE.

After 3 retrievals very few embryos making it and 1 unsuccessful transfer with this clinic, I then…read morewent to a different clinic and from 1 retrieval we did get 30+ eggs, all fertilized, we got 15 day 5 embryos and 10 were PGT-A normal. First transfer was successful and baby is almost 16 months now. We had another transfer and that took as well. Based on my very different results from 2 different clinics, I think there is a problem with their embryologist, aside from getting embryos mixed up. Some people may only have the ability to do 1 retrieval/transfer. If you have time and money to waste ok to try this clinic and then go somewhere else. Although Dr McNichols is nice, you will get better results somewhere else.

BEWARE .....Well, my journey starts like this in the end of 2023 my husband and I started trying to…read moreconceive a child with our surrogate using adopted embryos that we got through Brown. These embryos were not PGT tested, which we were new to this journey and didn't really understand what that meant so we went with six of them with the journey of our surrogate and Brown fertility. We did implantations two at a time which now we are finding out is a high risk for a surrogate, but doing two at a time we went through all six for embryos with three tries all failed. Wanting to give brown and our baby journey another shot we got more embryos through Brown fertility. This time we made sure that they were PGT tested this round. We had five embryos. We were told by the clinic that if our surrogate did not get pregnant this time that we need to see about looking for a new surrogate, we tried again, putting two more embryos in that were tested and we failed at getting pregnant yet again we then took a break found a new surrogate and put two of those PGT embryos end being told that this surrogate had a golden uterus at the age of 28 years old and this attempt failed. Through these attempts and failures, our price has gone up every single time we have been informed through email that we failed. Our pregnancy test. We have had combative employees in the payment department. We have had two doctors looked at our surrogates and tell us that it is great the last time we did this brown wasn't even there when we did implantation which we thought was maybe a great thing to have somebody new one thing that we are now finding out that was disappointing was we never knew what the grade of our embryos were prior to putting them in or even purchasing them? We never heard from a doctor after any of these failed attempts to express how sorry they were after five failed attempts which include included 10 total embryos. We have changed our embryos. We have changed our surrogates. We've even changed offices and the only thing that we have not changed is the fertility clinic that we are using so no longer will be be giving any of our business or referrals to anybody else when it comes to Brown fertilit if I could leave less than one star about our experience and the amount of money that we have given to this facility, we would.

One woman was missing the high school graduation of her son, the first person in her family to do so. The tech was courteous but appeared unable to do anything about our situation since she told us the radiologist was "very busy" doing barium studies. The tech also described, in lurid detail, a procedure by which a woman's breasts were hung through a hole in the x-ray table and needles pierced the breasts to test for cancer. That she said might be in store for me but I wouldn't know until the radiologist had time to look @ my pictures as well as those of the other six women ahead of me.l I left without completing the study as I couldn't fathom sitting around there for another 6+ hrs.
