Would not recommend. They are very dishonest and will scheme you out of money. I went with them…read morebecause they were the best bang for your buck but it turns out this is only because "they forgot to include a bathroom". I asked multiple times before the work was started if they would send me the exact breakdown of cost separated for carpet, tile, and hardwood which they would not send me. After they tiled everything and I paid the tile invoice (which was around the number they quoted) they finished up the rest of the work and wanted to charge me $4,000 more because they forgot to include a bathroom (which was tile that they had already invoiced me for and I had already paid) When I dropped the check off upon them completing the work the lady said "ohhh we love money", well it is evident that you do. This company lacks integrity.

We recently completed a small bar/kitchen area and bathroom project using tile from Floor & Decor…read morein Memphis, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Before placing our order, we requested several tile samples from the Floor & Decor website so we could see the options in our home. After narrowing down our choices, we contacted the Memphis store and were connected with Marsha Turner, a design consultant there. Marsha was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together. She helped us finalize the backsplash selection, recommended the pencil trim that perfectly complements the glass tile, and advised us on the best grout color so the glass tiles would really stand out. Her guidance made a difference in the finished result. Although we live near Little Rock, the Memphis store is our closest location since moving from California. This is actually the fourth home where we've purchased tile from Floor & Decor, and once again the process was smooth and easy. Delivery also went perfectly. The freight truck arrived with a lift gate, and the driver used a pallet jack to place the tile directly in our garage, which made unloading very easy. We're extremely happy with the quality of the tile and how everything turned out. Many thanks to Marsha Turner and the Memphis Floor & Decor team for their help and professionalism.

Amy was never pushy and did an exceptional job of consultative selling.
