I called Memphis Roofing and spoke with the owner. He was booked solid for several days out, but was concerned about my situation because more storms were coming that evening. He promised to get me fixed later that day and he did. The person he dispatched went into my attic and found where the hole was. He went to my roof and patched it with metal sheeting. I had some extra roof tiles and he installed them and removed a lot of tree debris from my roof. It rained hard that night and not a drip got in to the house. I believe the costs for the repair was very reasonable as well. I really appreciate their concern , their help, and the results.

After noticing a leak in the attic, we contacted Elite Roofing for an estimate. Jeremy contacted us…read moreand scheduled an appointment within one business day. He got to work immediately and explained, in detail, what we needed. He walked us through how to contact our insurance company and what to expect from them. He also worked with our adjuster and answered all of his questions, as well as ours, with complete accuracy and honesty. We chose our shingles and scheduled an appointment to get the roof replaced that day. The crew arrived at exactly the scheduled time and went straight to work. One thing I noticed after they were on the roof was just how quiet they were. I never heard yelling or loud music; just scraping and nail guns. Several of my neighbors have had roofs replaced in the past year and those crews were generally loud. These guys were fantastic. Jeremy was on site all day making sure everyone had what they needed and he was available to answer any questions we had. Jeremy even came back the next week to do a follow-up inspection. The roof looks great and we are extremely satisfied! I must say that without Jeremy's assistance, we would not have known what to do and what to expect from our insurance company. We had other roofing companies to come out and not one of them inspected the roof or took the time to work with us and walk us through the process. He made us feel like family. If you are looking for a local, hometown company that treats you with the utmost respect, you cannot beat Elite!

We were immediately impressed with Joseph's knowledge and professionalism. Since we were considering a full roof replacement, we also called two more roofing companies for quotes. Pro Shingle was very responsive when we asked for addresses of homes so we could see their work, as well as determine the color and type of shingles we wanted. Even with all the upgrades we asked for, they were still the lowest bid and came highly recommended by others we talked with. Joseph managed the crews for installation, clean-up, and final roof touch-up requests. The entire process went very well. We highly recommend Pro Shingle, LLC in Southaven, MS.
