I like knowing the cans are clean and it has helped with insects/smell especially in the summer months. However, after a missed service, I had to head out of town and pulled my cans to the side of the garage (they were visible from the street) before I left for a week the cans were not cleaned. I did leave a voicemail explaining this on the day before we left. Multiple attempts via phone, email and their website over a week and a half went unanswered but the day after I left a 1 star review and initiated a chargeback on my credit card I heard from them. Communication is everything, Select provides a luxury service which great value but not free and I hope going forward they will be much more responsive when customers reach out.

When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service.
