I've seen some posts giving WC's Customer Service a bad wrap, so I wanted to share my positive experience. I reached out to WC Customer Service via the form on their web page regarding some broken bad pads on my 46Ds. I was mostly inquiring about how I could purchase replacements and I did not see them on their website. My form submission was almost immediately responded to with an automated email and ticket number. The next day Missy from Customer Service reached out with some questions and we exchanged a few emails with pictures of the issue before providing my mailing address. My best case scenario would be that they mail me a few base pads or tell me how I could order them. The other day 4x brand new 47D Magazines arrived. A parts order got scrambled up and I contacted Wilson. I was answered on the Monday morning before Christmas day and was advised as soon as the warehouse manager returned my order would be rectified immediately. They were as good as their word, and I was frankly surprised at how quickly my parts were sitting on my porch. As usual, the fit and finish were on point. Everything fit together the way it supposed to fit together, and I was up and running in nothing flat. If you need parts and Wilson has them in inventory, look no further. read more

I have dealt with and used Wilson Combat parts MANY times in the last 30 plus years. I have never once had anything other than the very best products and service from them. I recently contacted them about a question and. Mason Reynolds contacted me and quickly resolved it. I have and will continue to use them as their products are at the very highest level in the industry. From Wilson Combat (WC) website, they offer UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for $15. I used it for a $9 item cause I needed it fast. I know the shipping cost is more than the cost of item which is fine with me cause I needed it asap. But i was disappointed - i did not receive the item until 5 days later. WC said it's up to UPS to deliver. I just wished WC could have been more forewarning about shipping expectations. 2nd Day Air is somehow misleading. WC needs to be more clear in their website about UPS 2nd day air so customers don't have to pay more for a service that your business partner cannot deliver. Sometimes, this business to business partnership like WC and UPS is a little shady at the expense of their customers. If one or the other failed to deliver, it becomes a finger-pointing game. It's disappointing that WC with all their great products which I like more than the others, is in this kind of game. WC i truly believe you're better than this! read more

For the first time, I've had a problem with Wilson parts. I had an issue with a. Ambidextrous safety, and half of it fell out of the right side of my pistol. I called Wilson, normally I would give 5 stars for superior customer service, but this took 5 emails and 3 phone calls to resolve. It was eventually resolved, no thanks to Evian Degree, who jerked me around a lot! Fortunately, a phone call to Mandy resolved everything. Just a point of fact, Evian's poor customer service was enough to turn me off to a company that I've loved for years. Mandy on the other hand demonstrates good customer service that handled my problem. Evian couldn't be bothered, Mandy made sure I was taken care of. So, Wilson Combat gets FOUR stars instead of FIVE. read more

I contacted customer service the other day and was connected to Service Manager, "Missy" who was the rudest person I have had to deal with in a long time. I had a simple question re: my account and ended up in a major argument with this curt person impersonating a "Manager". I will order items online in the future but this individual should be examined by Owner or Managing Partner ASAP for her behavior. read more

Quality is top notch, product is out of this world, one of their biggest fans until this week. I have purchased over 10K worth of products and services from Wilson Combat and have been extremely happy with what has been produced. My latest transaction was were for the first time things went South. I will take part of the responsibility in that I assumed they would be the company of integrity that I was accustomed to. I ordered a CA compliant pistol that I explained I needed to convert to a 9mm after taking possession of it in the Republic of CA. (I.e. no modifications prior to taking possession.) I explained I would be immediately sending it back unfired for the conversion, which I did. The kink in the hose was the cost was just shy of $1,000 more than was discussed upon purchase. Ohh you need a new slide, new sights, new engravings, & new fitting. None of that was discussed. Instead of the $1,800 dollar conversion, the cost was $2,700. I already spent over 3K for the pistol in the first place. Feeling things were not right, I called and offered to split the difference, as what I was told at purchase, and what I am not being told at conversion, in my view were different. "Did you get that in writing." The words of lack of integrity. With no fault of my own, I was still willing to come up nearly $500 for something that was NOT clearly stated upon my original purchase. Their final position from Randall the manager, was we will tighten the slide to the frame for free a $175.00 value. I am willing to pay for quality and certainly knew I wasn't purchasing from a discount house, but ultimately 6K for a 9mm 1911! Really! The sales person Cary Tate could not have been nicer and my dealing with Brian have been straightforward and great. This will be my last weapon purchase from Wilson Combat. My advice...Get it in writing or BUYER BEWARE! Yes, money is an issue, but principle and character are even more important. I believe Bill Wilson is a person of character, but those representing him at this point in view are not. Unfortunate! read more

I have several Guns from wilson Combat well over 3k in each. They are a reckless company that charges top dollar no service no warranty. 8 months I have been waiting on parts they keep playing me. and if your form CA forget it they have told me on the phone they don't want my business. Britney is one of three representatives and is extremely fast at responding with absolute nonsense. I have spoken to there managers as well lying to my face . I own several business and import and manufacture my self. so your lies don't work on me. after 1 month of placing my order they made me change it from going to a FFL witch is CA Law to having to have my FFL purchase it in my behalf. there for losing my place in line and paying more. the list goes on the amount of nonsense I have experienced with them. they don't provide the dust cover when you purchase a upper and lower set. no problem. But then when you need the dust cover assuming its in stock you now have to buy it by it self not including the spring and pin. The packaging for the spring and pin costs wilson Combat more money then the product. If they inclulded the whole thing as a kit still the packaging would cost more but at least they are not nickel and diming you. Wilson Combat you are a reckless company that charges top dollar but treats its customers like a second class. you act like we owe you something when in fact we are giving your people work. we are keeping the work in the USA and trying to support a US company.
