Can't exactly rate the "service", because I didn't get any, they were a no show. My pickup time was 4:30. I had been ready and sitting out on the front porch with my roommate since about 3:00, so nobody came without us knowing about it. At 4:35, when nobody had shown up yet, I called the office and was told my driver was on the way and would call me to let me know the exact arrival time. At 4:45, still not here and no call from the driver, so I called the office again. It went to a voicemail box that wasn't set up yet. I continued trying to call until 5:00 when their office closed. I had to cancel my appointment and then informed my insurance company. My roommate and I were out on the porch until after 6:00, nobody ever showed up and I never got a phone call from the driver! read more

When I first used Wilroy Service, I was happy with the driver. I was pickup early and made it to my appointment on time. The problem I have experienced is waiting for the ride home from my appointment. I was waiting for 2 hours then I had to call my medical insurance to have them call Wilroy so I can get home. The longest Time I had to wait was 3 hours. I will never use Wilroy Service again . read more

Horrible service! Late, dispatch had no idea what was going on. The vehicle was all bashed in on the side. Not enough seating!!! What a nightmare. The guy on the phone acted like he was doing me a favor by trying to figure out why so late. I've been scheduled with willroy at least 5 times and I only actually made it to one appointment on time. They drivers will also lie to your insurance company and say they came to pick you up and you never came out. Despite have a ring camera showing nobody ever came to your driveway. I've asked my insurance to mark I my file to never schedule me with these people again. read more

Wilory Has To Be The Worst Transport Service in the flint and surrounding area's there has been multiple times they had been assigned to bring me to my appointments and never showed not even a call back to inform me of being cancelled ... ive been charged by my medical providers for not cancelling 24 hours notice this company totally sucks I recommend MTA.... and at the eye institute I had to wait over 3 hours and 20 minutes . these guys absolutely suck. driver is always late or doesn't show up, the one lady who drives is on the phone always arguing with her boyfriend. they don't answer the phone. terrible terrible. not reliable. making people late to their doctors appointments all the time! and my insurance company has received multiple complaints about them about the same thing. their cars are all dirty rusted and old. some make clinking noises and I almost got ran over by one of their drivers. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a "professional" company. This is the first review on any site I've EVER done. It was that bad. Dropped me off in the cold 20 minutes before the office doors opened. Scheduled pickup at 9am. 9:25 I call just to make sure they didn't forget me and was told driver would be there in 15. 9:55, I have the office secretary call to sound more official. She was told he just dropped someone nearby and would be right there. 10:25, I call and ask if I'm going to be picked up or should schedule another ride. I'm then told my ride is cancelled for being belligerent . Can't make this up. I say this is very unprofessional. The owner Will says " how's this for unprofessional?" and proceeded to hang up the phone. I previously scheduled a ride for today, January 8, 2024, for a paralift transport to take me from my home to a doctor's appointment, which I was seeing for the first time. While on the phone, I informed the scheduler that I was in an electric wheelchair (having a disability) and that I had a small service animal (dog) accompanying me. The scheduler repeated all the relevant information back to me, including mentioning to me about the service dog and wheelchair. Upon arrival to my home for transportation, the driver informed me that they do not transport service animals. I informed him she was a licensed, registered service dog and that she performed necessary medical services for me. The driver called his supervisor, who reinstated that I could not take my service animal. I told him I could not use his service then and immediately called the transportation scheduler about this. She placed me on hold, called the service provider, and returned to me to tell me they said "She isn't a service dog because she doesn't have a vest on" (which she did), that she wasn't a service animal because the documentation was "just some paperwork [I] probably found on the internet" and that she "didn't look like a service animal".
