The lack of accountability for mistakes made coupled with her lack of response (numerous & repeated phone calls & messages left over a 5 mo period) to legitimate questions I had concerning the status of my taxes, has been beyond frustrating! I came to see Libby in March to prepare my fairly straightforward taxes, but because of mistakes she had made & with no sense of urgency on her part it wasn't until mid August that the State & the IRS received them. During this time I had to constantly stay on top of things & make numerous calls to the tax agencies to find out what was going on, since she wasn't returning my calls or keeping me updated on anything. This totally defeats the purpose of paying for this to be handled. Now instead of receiving a refund I am being told that I owe over 10 times that amount. Unfortunately, because I have such little confidence in things at this point, I will be paying someone else to review them.
