No call and they hadn't been touched. I left two msgs yesterday. One asking to be called (no call from them) and the other saying I would pick up our undone taxes at 8am this morning. I got there knocked on the door and said I was there to pick up our uncompleted taxes. The lady asked for a last name and then just handed me an envelope with everything in it. She NEVER asked for ID, nothing to indicate who I was and if I should be taking the taxes documents. So what I got from this experience, don't use Flo Bookkeeping in Ruckersville if you actually want your taxes done on time or at all and they have no concern with safety when it comes to your personal PII data and tax documentation.
