After 10 my minutes we ask if there was a spot outside that we could watch without interrupting and she said oh yes. Not sure if she was the event coordinator but she seemed frazzled. The buffet line was a poor set up. There were two entree option that you could chose from but they set it up on each side of the table but only one line. If you wanted water you had to go to the bar and wait in line. Upstairs guest were instructed not to move the table and I can see why. If you lifted the table the legs didn't go with it because they are not attached. Overall it's an okay venue with a dedicated parking lot. If you are looking for a one stop shop then check it out. The ceremony was held outside at 7pm but still super hot .

One of their own employees even told the bride and groom they could end the wedding around 11 PM, but then the "boss lady" tried to claim the contract said the complete opposite... while the employee was literally reading the contract out loud. How do you run a venue and not even know your own rules? Different staff members gave totally different information, and the "main lady" refused to work directly with the couple who PAID them thousands. Instead of fixing their own mess, they acted jumpy and offended because a stressed bride dared to be upset a week before her wedding. And here's the worst part They cancelled her entire wedding less than two weeks before the date and are now refusing to refund the money she paid for the photographer. They take your money, change everything last minute, and then punish you when you respond like any normal person would. No couple deserves this kind of disaster right before their big day. Save yourself the heartbreak and book literally anywhere else!!!!!!!

She was so friendly and so knowledgeable on how to set up the tables and how to him prepare for the wedding that we decided to go take a look and it is absolutely gorgeous. So the day of our wedding the weather was 90% rain Miss Kelly kept a very watchful eye on the weather and our ceremony was done without any rain then it poured down and she was on top of getting everything in order moving to tables clearing out the water. Our guess we're never inconvenience her staff were very professional you didn't even realize they were there they moved quickly taking out trash arranging things to be in place and she was just an absolute angel. If you're one in a outdoor wedding with someone who cares about you and your wedding party this place is a must especially with Miss Kelly thank you again for everything you did

The place is well kept and the bathrooms were more like a home bathroom in a good way- than a public bathroom. Their security guard went to random tables and decided to announce our dinner service, not only that got himself a plate, got a couple plates for people working next door at fiesta BEFORE not only me or my husband was served but any of our guests were served. My husband went up to Myra and asked her to come speak with me and she walked right past me outside, I followed her out there and told her the situation and she responded with "uh I'm trying to find him" my husband told her they needed to find a solution for this issue and she left without speaking to us again. I messaged her the next day where she 1, lied and said the security apologized. 2, attempted to push the blame on to the hired catering company. 3, argued with me over refunding the security payment. I had to call their sister location to have the owner call me, which he did apologize profusely & refund us for his security & $50 for the stolen food. Mind you, we paid for all our vendors who's schedules were completely thrown off. We also had a guest who's car was towed out of their lot that night, which they reimbursed after as well. If you're ready for your event to go through ridiculous hoops as well as your guests to have to deal with their staff (that's on sites) unprofessionalism then book with them. A "I'm sorry" and a refund for their security completely throwing off our wedding as well as stealing was not enough to make up for the service we received that night, it's not just any night we can't go back and have a redo wedding night. We cannot rewind time & know what we do now, but we can warn others before they book.

The parking lot can be a pain especially if the event you're attending has over 100+ people so plan accordingly. The inside is nice and clean, simple nothing extravagant. The outdoor courts became soaked, and it didn't seem like there was much of a plan in place to get them playable again. We eventually asked if there was a solution, and the staff came out to squeegee the courts so we could continue playing. I do want to give credit where it's due, the staff handled the situation well once we brought it to their attention. They extended our court time, allowed us about 30 extra minutes indoors while we waited, and even gave us coupons to come back another day. That level of customer service was appreciated. Despite the weather hiccup, we had a really enjoyable Father's Day and would definitely return. Hopefully they'll develop a more streamlined plan for rainy days, but overall it's a fun venue with good food and a great atmosphere!

I also would like to point out that the Convention Center itself is part of a bigger complex of buildings. If you have the ability to spread out your event you can use spaces in the hotels that share the complex. As far down as the San Luis I believe. One perk of using this space, and if you set it up, you can have a shuttle running between the many hotel buildings and the convention center. Sure beats having to walk the long blocks to get here. The only downside here is the amount of air conditioning being blasted from the rooms. I understand if there is a huge event with tons of people, but when you are sitting next to an empty room with no one in it, that air can make you think that you are sitting in the arctic. The biggest highlight of this space is the view. You have a great weather day outside and you get some beautiful views of the Gulf.
