As a newer customer, I was not aware of all of the policies. When I arrived to get my two girls…read morebathed, they advised their bordatella shots were expired as they required updated Board to tell a vaccinations every six months. They were a couple months expired. I inquired as to why they didn't notify me because they notified me of another vaccination that was due, and they said it was supposed to be automated. It was missed and I was not notified prior to the appointment. It was two days before Christmas with company coming and I was less stranded. No accommodations, no alternatives, no solutions. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised that I could not. They gave me a card with an email address. I requested to speak to a manager so I could get it resolved so I can get them in but was refused. I guess management doesn't want to speak to clients. Icing on the cake is that my vet graciously got us in within 10 minutes of leaving the lodge, and when I called to advise that they were getting updated Bordetella vaccinations and asked if I could bring them back in, I was told no because their bather preferred for all the dogs to be there on time, even though it was them that pushed me out to begin with. I will not be returning simply for the poor, very poor customerservice aspect of their business.

I was assured that it would only be for two days (until Monday). I asked to see where the cats would be staying and was informed that I was not allowed to see where they would be kept as it was not a tour day/time. I expressed my concern about not being informed prior to arriving that the cat room would be closed for a portion of our stay and that I was not allowed to see where the cats would be boarded. The cats ended up being in the cat kennel for four days (instead of two days) and ACE Pet Resort charged me the full price for the cat condos even though my cats were in kennels for the first 4 days.

Previous boarding experiences were fine however when they screwed our boarding this last time with…read morevaccine records and did not have the date of a vaccine they needed the ball was dropped. Manager onsite 10/14 apologized that previous person put the date in wrong in 2024 so it did not flag as overdue and the next person who checked the records I just sent for 10/2025 visit did not actually look and just approved it. We had to scramble as the vet was closed and we flew out next day. Over $600 to fly with pets and change hotel to pet friendly and buy all supplies and spent vacation driving extra because the hotel was so far away from the city. No follow up call from PP during this. Once I left negative feedback we got a call and further excuses claiming they emailed me the day prior to the reservation about the vaccine date which is a lie as the manager the day of the reservation said they had the ALL CLEAR and there was NO reason for them to "double check" previously reviewed reservations. Excuse me but needing a vaccine date for an upcoming or day off reservation but claiming an email was their ONLY communication attempt is ridiculous. They call and confirm, they send text reminders, etc. We had NONE of this. In the end we were offered a one night free stay for each cat for next time which is about $100 - as IF we will be booking again. Moral of our experience is if you book call and confirm but also remember this is a corporation and they do NOT care about people. The employees are nice but also remember they just work there. Will have to now find a better option before our next trip.

We absolutely LOVE this place. We have two dogs (puppies) with completely different personalities. One came in very scared, nervous, and afraid of almost everything. Since going here, we have watched him slowly come out of his shell, become more confident, socialize with other dogs, and actually have FUN. Seeing that change in him has meant so much to us. Our other dog is the complete opposite--he is Mr. Social! The minute he realizes he's going to daycare, he runs to the door and can hardly contain himself. He absolutely loves being there. What I appreciate most is how attentive the staff is to each individual dog's personality. They don't just throw all the dogs together--they really seem to understand them, match them with dogs they'll do well with, and make sure they feel comfortable and happy. The people there are also incredibly kind, caring, and as flexible as they can possibly be, especially considering how popular and busy they are. And honestly, I completely understand why they're so popular--they're that good! I also LOVE that they offer extra enrichment activities to keep the dogs entertained, engaged, and stimulated instead of just having them run around all day. We plan to use them for over night so we wanted them in daycare to get use to the place ..we travel for work a lot and need overnight stays , and I feel so much better knowing my dogs are with people who genuinely care about them. No one was at the desk and I stood for 15 minutes looking around. The son couldn't be bothered to pause scrolling on his phone and a lady was on the phone in a different office. When he finally brought our dog to us my 3 and 7 yr old kids had to point out that she had deep wounds on the top of her head. They let us walk out the door without saying anything at all. I brought our dog back in and they acknowledged saying they knew about it and that she wanted to play with a dog in the next run and was rubbing her head on the shared fence. It was known for a couple of days but I never received so much as a phone call nor did they relocate either dog, if that's even what actually happened. The placement of the wounds does not match up with what they claim. I took our dog to the vet and they agreed the wounds do not make sense with what they claimed. They had to shave the top of her head to prevent infection and the wounds are significant. Please do not trust your animals with this company. We are now out an extra $100+ for the vet and have had to cancel additional plans while she heals at home.
