They have a huge selection of baby clothes and toys! I bought 2 baby outfits and a cute little stuffed bunny for my new niece. The clothing item's happened to be on the discount rack. Great value for the high quality clothing. The bunny was also decently priced even though it was not discounted. The store is very organized and I love how well lit, it is. Children's gift shop Willow Road has a similar but different selection compared to The Tiny Owl a block east. I found nice last-minute things for a kiddo and mentally filed away some toys and such for future presents. I would say Willow Road is geared more towards babies but still has good options for toddlers/younger kids. Prices were not super inexpensive but there were some sales here and there. The employee was friendly and available to help. I took advantage of the complimentary gift wrapping which consisted of sealing up purchases in tissue paper. Maybe adding a Willow Road sticker would be a cute touch, just an idea! read more

Always pass by this place and see the cute onesies hanging in the window. Finally had an excuse to go in and purchase one. - Turned out for a oneisy the price range is $25-38 dollars!!!! EXPENSIVE! They don't even carry all the sizes. Two ladies were in there working, didn't offer to help, and when I asked for help they would look in the basement for new items but the new items weren't even nicer then the ones out on display. There was a frame I wanted - they only had the one for sale that was on display, so I asked for a discount and was told they don't offer discounts. On top of speaking Spanish to one another while I was in the store, I didn't feel helped and supported for what I was looking for. There return policy is outrageous also! 3 weeks for only story credit NO REFUNDS! I purchased a new born baby hat for $15 dollars that I could have easily got off amazon for $7 and a pair of baby socks that were $8 that should have been $4. I was in a pinch so I thought of supporting this local business but next time Ill forgo this place! would not recommend. OVER PRICED!!! read more

If I could I would leave no stars. I bought a 40 dollar dress for my daughter for my son's graduation. After having it on for about an hour the dress came undone at the seam. The dress was not ripped it literal came undone at the seam . I went to the store for an exchange or a refund . The lady at the desk was no help and rude so was her "boss" that she had to call over . Love this store! They have super cute, high-quality items. It appears that the inventory is really cultivated with care. I especially love the "Books to Bed" pajama and picture book sets! Both my boyfriend and I purchased Christmas gifts for our nieces/nephews here. The staff offered help right away -- they were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I dropped into the Lexington Avenue Pop-up location of this store and LOVED how well curated the store was but was a little thrown off to see how much more expensive some items were priced compared to other stores. This is the cutest baby and kids store I have ever been to! I wish I knew about it when my daughter was an infant. They carry adorable, high quality and eco-friendly brands that you can't find in any mainstream store (love shopping small AND supporting new boutique brands). The items are more expensive but the quality makes up for that. If you're looking for gifts for a newborn or a friend's kid, this is the perfect place to visit! I'm already eyeing a unique matching lunch bag, book bag and water bottle set for my daughter's first day of school in a few months (no, it's not skip hop or pottery barn kids ). read more

This is definitely a gift store, not your main place to get all of your baby clothes, and the prices reflect that. That being said, I can almost always find a perfect baby gift there (and I am in the stage of life where I am buying a LOT of baby gifts.) It is conveniently located and had interesting and unique items, so it is my go-to for showers and 1st birthdays. I do wish it had more of a selection for non-baby gifts -- there are some things but not a ton. However I can always go to Inside Astoria or the Brass Owl for those. At least all of the babies are covered! Also I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. read more

Very cute shop, but very overpriced. I didn't mind paying more for cute things, but then when I found the same things at a different store for cheaper, I wanted to return my items. I went to the store and was informed I could only receive store credit, even though I had purchased the items two days prior. I was NEVER informed I would only receive store credit when I originally purchased. I told the woman I was not informed of this and if I had I wouldn't have bought as much as I did. She said there's nothing she can do and now I have a $100 store credit to a store I'll never shop at again. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to not inform your customers prior to purchase that returns are not permitted. I will NEVER shop here again. read more

I love to go to this place. They sell some of the cutest baby clothes and toys and I go here all the time whenever I have to buy presents for my friends' baby showers. Here is my story: I'm at that age where people usually start to settle down and have children but being single (and proud of it), I usually end up getting invited to my friends' baby showers which is a lot. As such, I usually have to go out and buy some gifts three to four times a year. I just love this place. The employees there are very helpful and are always willing to provide assistance with a smile. Although the toys can be a bit pricey for some, they are a great buy. They always get a great response every time I present them at the baby showers. They don't disappoint. The clothes and toys are soooooo cute! I just love them! Just recently I bought a book that played musical notes every time you opened. It was perfect for my friend that is a musician that was having her first child. I would recommend this place.
