Before check-in, during our stay, and leading up to checkout, every question I had was answered proactively. The cabin we rented on Trina Lane was perfect for our family. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every detail. Helpful instructions were placed throughout the cabin in a way that was both decorative and informative, making everything easy to navigate without feeling overwhelming. The owners truly thought of everything, from extra batteries and firewood for the outdoor fireplace to all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of privacy thanks to the surrounding trees between neighboring cabins. Highlights included a fun game room with shuffleboard, an outdoor television, built-in bunk beds, a large dining table for gathering together, and three levels of sleeping areas that can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Check-in was incredibly easy. We were provided with a unique entry code and detailed directions, which were helpful since GPS could have led us to the wrong location. The views were beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, and the entire experience was stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this company, and especially this cabin on Trina Lane. Not only is he efficient and responsive, which is very important to me with my limited time, but he also understands the the individual property attributes as well as the regional real estate market. Further, he understands that a transaction requires both a motivated seller and a motivated buyer. He works hard to create win-win situations. In fact, instead of refunding the deposit I paid, on the day I cancelled she actually charged me again so I have paid the full amount, did not get to stay, and have never received a response from her or her team at WYM. VRBO has also reached out to her and not received a response. I will probably never use VRBO again, so I definitely do not recommend property owners use Nicole or her team! Very frustrated

The customer service team was awesome in helping us search when I reached out. We had some filter issues and they sent a link with a filtered search already prepared. Super helpful! The listing was great. When we arrived you could tell it was a well taken care of place. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly by the Vacasa team. I received a text message and would just text anything I needed and they would respond right away. Solutions came a quickly as possible. I definitely trust this company and would book with them again for a future getaway.

They only left my title and one star. This company is a total scam. They have photos of the property that only resemble the property itself. Let me explain that we had a family reunion in Manistee on the 4th of July, and had booked it we THOUGHT through VRBO, almost a year in advance 2025 for 8.5K however once I received the email, I merely followed the link. Also note, Manistee gets booked solid annually every year since the early 1930's so when we arrived and saw the condition of the place we had ZERO options to stay elsewhere. We had a family reunion. We had to try and make the best of it. On VERBO photos show VACASA as the managing partner with pristine manicured lawn and garden all around the property. They had a strict no smoking rule on the entire property as well as strict no partying rule. The photos showed staged beds-all with beautiful quilts and pillows. The large dining table with a lovely table cloth. When we arrived the lawn was ankle deep and the garden overgrown to the extent it looked like a haunted house. The garbage close to the entrance in multiple garbage pails were over flowing and flies were infesting and just everywhere as we walked up to the entry. We unlocked the door, there were two entry doors, one knob came off. The floor and stairs were filthy. There was actual dried poop in the only downstairs toilet with various implants stuck in it. The dining table was broken, no tablecloth. The bathrooms staged, not cleaned. When I picked up the silicone hair trap in one tub the sludgy hair mass that hung from it was gag producing. Two beds had nothing but sheets. Nothing else. Curtains were grimy, filthy and on bent temporary rods. When we attempted to call for help--good luck. You do not reach anyone local who owns the property or who cares for the property. You just reach their customer service that gives platitudes and do nothing. When I asked for only a partial refund they gave me --get this $250 cleaning fund back. YEAH THANKS! It was NEVER CLEANED, of course they had to give me my cleaning fund back! They flatly refused any other credit for compensation for FIXING THEIR TOILET FULL OF FECES OURSELVES! Or for CLEANING THE HOUSE OURSELVES! Or for not being able to use the yard to play all the games we brought because it was so overgrown! What we saw in the ad, what we paid for was NOTHING like what we got! BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

I arrived on Sept 11, 2026 to find one of the gates to the so called fenced yard didn't work and the stairs to the patio wasn't enclosed. The dogs could walk out ot the so called fence on both sides. The fence was actually a railfoad tie wall and a small fence with gravel. The property has no grass. I spend the weekend walking my 2 dogs in rain and drizzle. I called Morning Breeze to complain and they really didn't care and said they only knew if the listings were accurate if a renter let them know. Do not rent from this company.

The host, Greg, also drove by the house and stopped to ask if it was all women staying, making us very uncomfortable, but we pushed the feeling off. Next day, he is in the yard with a couple showing them the property for their potential wedding, because they were in the yard we felt we had no choice but to let them inside. Again, we were uncomfortable, but let it go. Upon leaving we have received an $1100 damage and cleaning fee, for a pool table we never used. The owner has sent rude and threatening messages. Would not recommend staying with this group.
