He even noticed our dog was very attentive to us so he allowed her to accompany us on the trail. It was the first time she was 'off leash' for any period of time and she had as much fun as we did. The horses were tame and responsive to every pull. Overall, it could not have been better! I thank Joe for his patience and guidance and look forward to a repeat visit the next time we are anywhere near Jewett. Make this a priority stop for a great time.

Hilary responded promptly to my email request and was happy to oblige this week. She took care to explain the brushing and saddling process, took her around the ring teaching as she went, and then had her take care of her horse after the ride. I appreciated her attention and care with my daughter- she was really great. It was a lovely farm - we even saw a Doe and her two fawns, as well as a turkey while riding. It didn't feel like she only cared about just taking our money she does care about providing us with the best service and experience. Four hours later, we received an email claiming they had previously emailed us (we never received anything) and that there had been an emergency with the trainer. While emergencies happen, the response didn't feel sincere, and the complete lack of communication in the moment was frustrating. This was supposed to be a highlight of our trip, but instead, it was a huge letdown. Given the positive reviews, we expected much better.
