The horses are extremely well-trained and great for my boyfriend who was riding a horse for the first time. The pricing is very reasonable at $40 per person per hour. Four hours later, we received an email claiming they had previously emailed us (we never received anything) and that there had been an emergency with the trainer. While emergencies happen, the response didn't feel sincere, and the complete lack of communication in the moment was frustrating. This was supposed to be a highlight of our trip, but instead, it was a huge letdown. Given the positive reviews, we expected much better. If you're considering booking here, be warned--there seems to be a serious lack of reliability and customer service. We won't be trying again.
