Jocelyn and Corrine are so sweet and knowledgeable! I love this med spa! Amazing deals tooread more

I'll try to make this as short as possible. I bought a syringe of lip filler. At my first…read moreappointment I wanted to use the entire syringe but was told she suggested to use conservatively and that it was good until September. January I made an appointment to use to remaining filler and after consulting with Corrine and verifying the expiration date decided to wait until Spring. I made an appointment in April and when I arrived the technician did not do injectables. I verified when the expiration was and was told again September. For all of these appointments I drive 20 minutes each way to not be serviced. On August 22 I made an appointment online for August 30th. This time I called to verify that the appointment time and provider was correct so that I could be serviced. After all this was the 3rd time I had tried to use the remaining half syringe. I received a call back stating it expired that previous Friday August 19th. I made several attempts to use the service I purchased within the time frame they provided me. Each time I asked I was told it expired September. So I ultimately paid over $600 for half a syringe of filler. I had communication via email with Corrine. I asked if I could please be in contact with Jocelyn. Corrine said she and Jocelyn would be calling me the following week during a specific day and certain timeframe. The reason I asked to speak to Jocelyn was because the first time I received injections at her Spa I had a bump/ bubble of filler protruding from lip from improper injecting. My next appointment she asked why I didn't call the office. I said I didn't want to be a pain and figured it would go away. She proceeded to tell me that she insisted I call if I ever have problems again. I made sure to make myself available during my workday and never received a call from Jocelyn or anybody. I ended up finding another medspa closer to home and was refreshing to find prices much much more affordable and a higher quality of care.

I had Dysport injected by Lori Sandmon at Rejuvenate Skin & Laser in Hudson, WI on two occassions…read more On the first visit, she said that she had been trained as a physician's assistant. The proceedure went fine, and about a year later I returned for the same ervice. However, after that visit, my brow began to droop very slightly, but a also had a large lump (possibly a vein) sticking out of my forehead afterward, for nearly six weeks. After explaining what happened to a family member is a nurse practitioner, we began looking into Lori's qualifications, and the qualifications of the clinic. Here is what we found.... LORI SANDMON IS NOT A MEDICALLY TRAINED PROFESSIONAL IN ANY WAY... SHE ISN'T EVEN A LICENSED AESTHETICIAN! If you look her up under the Wisconsin Professional Licensing Board (https://online.drl.wi.gov/LicenseLookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) you will find that she last renewed her aesthetician's license in 2007, nearly 7 years ago. She is not a nurse, nurse practitioner nor a physcian's assistant, no matter what she tells you. Don't be fooled by a white lab coat! Really think hard for yourself whether your health and wellness are something you want to leave in the hands of someone who has no licensing... remember that when you carry a current medical license, that comes with malpractice insurance in the event that something does go wrong with the Botox or Dysport or whatever other substance someone is injecting you with.

I needed a biopsy and removal right away and I was able to see Dr. Tareen at this newer facility,…read morethat is part of the Hudson Medical Building. It took no time to get here from St. Paul. I loved how they called me when there was a cancellation and I could come over in the morning two hours before my scheduled time. They have the same great services medical, surgical, and cosmetic. My favorite is the hydra-facial that I get monthly in Roseville. They don't have a full pharmacy here, but offer samples. Some of the staff come from the Roseville office and I recognized Mackenzie who was my excellent MA. I was able to look around the new place. The vibe is a little more serene, even the waiting room. I think Dr. Tareen is starting to clone herself with a great board certified medical staff. I loved being able to go to my favorite Hudson stopovers. Now they are as fortunate as we are in MN.

Dismissive attitude out of the gate from reception and carried through the appointment by the doctor. No bedside manner whatsoever, "we can try this, but it likely won't work...", and refusal to even look at something on their skin in the ear area! ( " You should go to an ear, nose and throat doctor for that.") He didn't even know what "that" was! In any case, I've been to a few dermatologists in my lifetime and have NEVER experienced this kind of awful client treatment. For what these people charge, I think people should know. There are other dermatology options and one might actually be treated differently.

I…read moretend to get sick right before or at the start of a trip therefore I wanted to see if getting an IV prior to leaving would help my immune system. The team at Restore are friendly and helpful. Barnett the nurse was gentle with her needle pokes and did a great job checking in on me throughout the process. I got a 2 option IV of B complex and Zinc. The price wasn't too terrible to try out a local IV drip location. I got a promo deal of $99 for the 2 option IV. They do have other options that have a pre-mix of more vitamins but I decided to just try out the 2 option IV. They also have other things like compression, hyperbolic chamber, cryotherapy, sauna, red light therapy, and facials just to name some other services they provide. They also have a membership deal where you get a specific amount of points per month to mix and match what you like. In conclusion - it's been 2 weeks since my IV drip and I never got sick on vacation so I will definitely be back for future IV drips. I would highly recommend them!

Specifically for the IV portion, it seems to really help my energy levels as well as my ability to manage my stress, so I typically try to get the magnesium sulfate with taurine and biotin. Definitely great for when I'm just on the struggle bus from work.
