if I could give less stars I would. I brought the truck in to get an idle fluctuation fixed. After…read more2 weeks replaced a part. That didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to do more work. Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine until I got there to get the truck. they had it sitting out back for so long that the battery (less than a year old) was dead and there were so many leaves on it I couldn't see the bed liner. The truck barely ran when i got which is 10x worse than when I gave it to them. Also, to top things off it appears that someone use the tailgate as a cutting board, because it has a ton of gouges in it. basically after 3 months of no communication I got my truck back with a dead battery, running way worse, gouges in my tailgate, and still had to pay them. if i had the choice of setting the truck on fire or let them work on it id choose the fire. the truck wouldn't be drivable either way but at least the fire would be faster

Eddie from Carolina Roadside Hero came and made everything so easy for us. He took the tire off and took it to a local repair shop and swapped out the old stem for a new stem. Hook and Book roadside assistance. Jim came within the hour and was amazing!! he was professional and kind and such a down to earth person. I work in a busy ICU and they were short staffed until I could get there. he was finished in less than thirty minutes and I am very grateful for the service and how well he explained the process to me. my only regret is that he was based out of North Augusta and I'm in Gilbert SC. I wish they were closer. I would highly recommend this company and his services in the future. great job and got me back in the road quickly. thank you for your help. you rock!!
