D B Solomon Public Adjusters - After

My first impression of DB Solomon was positive. Rick was gracious and personable. Rick had experienced a fire himself and his empathy was genuine. Initially it was smooth sailing although there were some minor hiccups along the way which were immediately resolved. I was reassigned Brandon as my public adjuster and it's been smooth sailing. Brandon's quick to answer any questions that arise, considerate and calm mannered. His character and dedication to DB Solomon is contagious. My case has been challenging to work with because my insurance company, like many others, has left the State of California. They're restructuring within the company. As a result, agents are training new hires. Many of whom did not know about my case because of a lack of communication within the company. In short, Brandon has spent hours on hold waiting to speak to an agent only to be redirected to another department to start back at square one. Nonetheless, Brandon has quietly persevered through insurance companies red tape and bureaucracy finding resolution within a timely manner. Here's an example of why you need a public adjuster on your side. DB Solomon came though when I was inundated with intimidating letters, email and text messages from the company who rebuilt my home following the fire. The builders demanded I pay over $30,000 for unpaid expenses within three days from signing. Everyday their accounting department sent multiple texts and emails demanding my e-signature. Then came the certified letters from FedEx. Had I signed via an E-signature or formal letter I would be held responsible to pay the builders within three business days from my signature. The accountant insinuated I had $30,000 from the sale of my home. $30,000 that belonged to the builders that I was withholding. To say I lost sleep over these false allegations is an understatement. Brandon was calm and reassured me the builders were paid in full by my insurance company. He asked for the formal letter to be sent to his email and said he would call the builders. All communication from the builders has ceased. Brandon kept me up to date, I knew what was going on behind the scenes every step of the way. DB Solomon has been my best advocate. Why do I need to hire a public adjuster? DB Solomon acts as a mediator between you and your insurance company. Like a good business your insurance company's job is to save their company money. Your friendly agent that sends annual greeting cards is not assigned to your new claim. You're immediately assigned a new agent to take on your new claim. An agent whose vested interest is to not pay your full claim. Because of changing laws and bureaucracy you need an advocate, a team on your side, helping you get the most profit from your claim. That's where DB Solomon comes in, they're your personal advocates on your side walking you through the process step by step. DB Solomon is dedicated and hard working. The more profit you receive from your claim the more they receive too. It's a mutually beneficial relationship. Brandon, thank you for your kindness, patience and empathy. You have been a blessing to our family. Thank you DB Solomon, each member of the team is an asset to your company. May you be blessed in all future pursuits.

He always responded to my inquiries and provided detailed responses with the great amount of knowledge he has in this field. I fully recommend his services as he has been my go-to support system in this crazy house fire situation. Don't let these insurance companies walk all over you. Very disappointed. My husband and I wasted our entire Saturday. Our plumbing issue was supposed to…read morebe addressed this morning after we verbally accepted the quote and service with a technician the prior day. We were told a technician would be arriving to fix our plumbing issues between 8 to 10:30 am this morning. Guess what? No one showed up and there was no updates--unprofessional. I still gave them a chance by calling them to ask if they were still coming and waiting. At about 2 pm today a technician did arrive and then he said he'd have to go buy supplies--which is weird because why wasn't there shared notes between technicians regarding what was needed for the job--highly inefficient. So the technician left to the store after never actually working on our issue and never came back. We then got a call saying that they'd need to reschedule to Monday or Tuesday because the technician wasn't prepared. This doesn't work for us and we already communicated to the previous technician that Monday/Tuesday didn't work for us because we work full time. And regardless at this point, this business has proved itself to be inefficient and unreliable. I called the business to communicate again that Monday/Tuesday didn't work. I was told that I'd get called by a supervisor and they'd try to get someone out today. That was hours ago and there has been no communication since. Seems like the supervisors must not have a stand up character. The least they could do is call and apologize for the inconvenience. So in summary, Roto-Rooter is unprofessional and unreliable. Don't waste your time.

This review is late, but I really wanted to see how the repair faired during normal use. I had…read morework done almost a year ago for a side panel that came loose and bent back in transit. It was a partial aluminum panel against a window running along the front edge of my trailer. Not a too complicated repair, but you still want the repair to hold up and NOT look like a repair. Customer service was simply amazing. Rachelle was on top of every thing. From my initial call to responding to my calls and emails, and delivery, she was on top of it. Being the face of the company, you always want someone who knows how to take care of you and answer all your questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She dealt with my insurance company and I rarely had to relay any information back and fore. As for the repair, the repair looks great. Paint was matched very well, but to be fair, my trailer is only 5+ years old at the time and well-cared for. The biggie was them matching the decals on my trailer for the panel that was repaired/replaced, which was great. The only evidence something was done was with new sealant. That being said, I did find some minor things like a loose marker light that was not properly sealed and secured, and similar things to tighten up. Because I maintain my trailer frequently from washing to tightening things up, like most trailer users should do, it was not hard to spot. Overall, I am very happy with the work provided and incredibly impressed by the service provided by Rachelle. I would highly recommend them from my experience. That being said, I have only taken the trailer out a few times on short trips under mild conditions since the repair. I will provide any appropriate updates if I have any issues.
