To start I don't do my income taxes at this location, I called for assistance over the phone and the man that help me made me feel uncomfortable. If you're Hispanic I do not recommend this business. This man asked me if my parents where citizens, had a green card or if they jumped the border illegally.... What kind of professional business ask that question? I was considering them for my business taxes, but I would hate to work with someone that thinks Hispanics can't own large businesses. It was nothing to do with payroll, no excuse for asking if my parents were legal or if they jump the border. I believe you supposed to ask "what is your immigration status" read more

Stopped using the service. There has been changes with Randy considering retiring. What really bothered me were the mistakes and lack of attention to little details, like getting names incorrect on paperwork. There was also a change of the front staff 1 year ago and this made a major disruption of service. This happened before with another accountant; despite how good the accountant was, when the ancillary staff changed, service went down precipitously. I first made an online meeting with this company back in February. The first Meeting went ok! Our company thought it was a pricey for what we needed but understood why! Then the company associate requested my company files to review and give us a more personal experience along with appropriate pricing for us to move on! I sent my records and ever since I have requested a call back, I was given a date when they would respond and that was a week or more ago? Not sure I can recommend this company? They do our payroll for us, and have been highly affordable and efficient with that as well. Randy does our entire family's taxes and has assisted use with financial planning, tax issues and real estate tax questions.
