He took down all of the information from my existing heater, returned to the shop and was back at my home in a very short time with another service tech to install the new unit. The replacement was performed the same day at a very reasonable price, and both gentlemen were courteous, professional, and cleaned up any waste material when they finished the job. One of them came to my home last week to look at replacing the dishwasher. At that time, we stressed to them they needed to be very careful with the removal and installation, as the ceramic tile could be easily cracked. Today, they come out and are tugging and pulling with all their might, attempting to drag the old dishwasher out of place. They were reminded that last week when they were here, they told us they had cardboard and other tools to be sure the floor was not damaged. They stared blankly, with no recollection. We asked them to be more careful, as they were well on the way to damaging the floor. They packed up their tools and left! When asked if they were coming back, they said NO and squealed their tires down my driveway. Are you kidding me??? Because you are asked to not damage a floor, you leave a job? If that's the way you conduct your business, I'm glad we found out before you got too far into the job. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. They do not exhibit even one modicum of professionalism.

Hired them to pump my septic. ( Keep in mind I have zero experience with septic tanks) The worker…read moredug in the general area where I was told the tank was. Found the top of the tank. He broke and lost (in the tank) a small cap... That apparently was not the main cover that's meant to inspect and clean the tank from. He clearly didn't want to dig over to the main cover that had a handle on it to properly inspect and clean my tank. The hole was left open and when I confronted the company the next day they said it would cost 250 bucks to repair! I said you broke it! They said it was an old tank and we're not responsible. There was nothing wrong with the cap...the worker was just too lazy to dig to the proper cover! So he broke a mortared cap with a crow bar... And dropped it in my tank! The worker then blamed me and said I gave them permission to pump from that cap! What?! I wasn't even outside with him when he finished digging and broke it! I wouldn't know if it was the proper location even if I was! I know nothing about septic tanks! I found out later that you can't even properly inspect the tank and confirm the solids were removed from that small cap. Hiring someone else to fix and properly inspect my tank because I will not give them another dime. I even asked them to meet me halfway and charge 125 since they broke it... And they refused and continued to say it was my old tanks fault! They took zero responsibility for their worker doing a crap job( pun intended), breaking my tank, and then lying and saying I told him to do it lol... So unprofessional it's laughable. Summary: charged me 490 bucks to break my tank, blame me, pump out water with no confirmation or inspection that solids were even removed, and then wanted another 250 to fix what they broke! And now spending hundreds more to hire someone else to do the job correctly. Wasted my money, and my time. Will never give them business again.
