We ordered a few sandwiches and when I took a bite, I realized it tasted a little funny and then I looked at the bread and realized it was cover in mold. To say the least that spoiled my appetite and we chose not to eat there after all. SERVICE: the service was not bad, when we let the employees know about the issues with the bread they offered to remake our meals but we chose to get a refund. We were not going to risk it. AMBIANCE: almost every table in the restaurant was dirty and it was not because they were busy since we were the only costumers in the restaurant, but rather what I believe is a lack of effort to maintain a clean environment. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: I would give this restaurant less than one star due to the lack of upkeep. I believe the staff. Needs to be retrained and more effort needs to be placed into ensuring food quality. Will not be eating at this location anymore to say the least. Sad!

Very posh and trendy, definitely aesthetic for pictures. It was quiet when we first arrived, but once rush hour hit, it was a bustling and loud space. Matcha was a winner, and the taro foam was yummy. The chai was the least favorite, there could've been way more spice and the hazelnut wasn't really there. We also split the lox bagel which was very delicious and fresh. This item took a while to be done, but by the time we ordered this, it was getting a bit crowded so that could be why.
