The fact he's located inside the Baton Rouge Costco (#2) only makes the place that much better. Shop for stuff in bulk while getting an eye exam? Talk about multitasking. The process was simple: call and make an appointment and come to Costco. They take the COVID protocols quite seriously, which is great. No additional patients can be in the office at the same time and everyone is masked. I filled out some paperwork out in the waiting area and didn't have to wait long at all. One of the assistants helped me get started with an initial exam and some testing and it was painless and easy throughout the entire process. Once Dr. Duong came in to run additional tests, he was cordial, professional, and even a little funny. More importantly he was thorough with the examination, answered my questions, and had terrific bedside manner. He put me at ease (#3) and was frankly so good that I wish I could see him all the time.
