Morning of- the Chrysler Pacifica van arrived a few minutes before 5am- which was perfect since we were already in the lobby. Glenn was very chatty, which we liked! It made the shuttle ride to our destination (Blue Angel Lodge) go smoothly. We got to see the sun come up. And Glenn pointed out the female elk along the way. Since we were on good time- he deviated from the quickest route with Grand Canyon Village to show us deer roaming. Highly recommend using their service! read more

On 6/19/25 I texted this shuttle company per their website directions requesting a ride for the next day. I did not receive a reply so after a couple of hours I called. The gentleman who answered said I need to text them all of the specifics about my request. Name, date and address of pickup, address of drop off, etc. I immediately did as requested. Several hours later, at 11:30 pm, he called me. When I woke up and answered the phone he asked me if I was a real person. Huh? Then asked me if I was an alien. Huh? Then said we never tak to real people. I spent a few minutes trying to communicate with him regarding our pick up, but he was so obviously high on something that communicating was impossible. I told him to cancel my request because he seemed under the influence of something and I would not feel safe riding in a car with him. This review is done for the safety of others. This interaction was very alarming. Luckily, we were able to get an Uber. I prefer to use a locally owned small business for my needs whenever possible le, but this was not safe. read more

Very accomdating, patience, timely and flexible. We really enjoyed our shuttle ride! Casen was amazing!

Glen was our driver and was friendly and helpful. When you arrange service, they are very upfront and honest. All the employees I came in contact with were very helpful. That being said, we had a terrible flight that was delayed from the start. I tried to keep Williams informed during the process and I was assured that they would be there. True to their word, Glen was there. The downside however, is that we were charged an additional $88.74 for being late. Considering the initial cost was $209, it was quite an increase, but the terms of the agreement were plainly stated beforehand. I had travel insurance, but I couldn't get the necessary documents from United to file my claim. Sometimes things just don't go your way, but all and all, I would still recommend Williams. read more

negative 5 stars! my husband booked the shuttle for five people. we loaded all five and started to get on the freeway when the driver suddenly pulled off on the on-ramp and open the door and told us we had to pay an extra $10 now because we only booked for 3people. all the while complaining to us that everything had to be done via text message so because my husband had tried calling the number to ask questions. my husband asked if they could just charge the card on file that he already paid for and instead of telling us we needed to have cash only he sat there with all of our children and the heat with the car off and the doors open. swearing all the while his wife is chewing hos butt on his phone. so when my husband said i only have a 20 can you give me change he said no. so my mom fortunately had exact change and we paid. he was extremely rude. we have never been treated so badly! do not use this taxi service. read more

I called on a Sunday night to get a TAXI from a rv park to downtown....said nothing was available....so now my family is stuck at the park.

The ride was fine. I was picked up on time and made it to my destination early. I will say Glenn is a very political person and does not hesitate to share his politcal views. He has extreme biases and has no problem making a comfortable situation uncomfortable. His self awareness concerning other people and their views is virtually non existent. He mentioned several times that he has "many black friends" without even being asked, so that was strange. He also said that normally he carries his pistol in the car and I suppose that's normal for Arizona but still very uncomfortable to hear from your taxi driver. Also, he had his 8 or 9 year old son in the front seat which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Anyway he did his job in the sense that I got where I was going but still a lot of red flags with this one. read more

I called this company 4 times (during normal business hours) -left 2 voicemails and never got a call back. Called again and because I didn't leave a message, their phone blocked my 4th call. We only needed a short ride - maybe that is why they didn't bother to respond. I find this really bad customer service. Don't count on them if you need a same day ride. read more

Not only ine he the only one that would pick us up in the Grand Canyon and take us an hour a half into Flagstaff to get a rental car, he went the extra nile to call all the rental car places and reserved a rental car for us when all the rest of them was booked. We needed a ride from the Flagstaff airport to our hotel in Williams, as well as a return trip 4 days later. I booked our reservation several months in advance with Glenn. He took our arrival/departure times and added enough time to compensate for de-boarding and getting the bags. They sent a reminder email two days before the pick-up, confirming our times. Glenn arrived at the airport even before our bags! We loved how prompt the pick up was. Glenn was pleasant and chatty on the ride. For the return trip from Williams and back to the airport, we again received a confirmation email two days before. As we waited in the lobby, I got a text message from Kendra that she had arrived. We went out to meet her and she informed us that Glenn had been our scheduled driver, but had gotten some car trouble. I was very impressed that this caused no delay in our reservation at all and that they had another car right on time for us. Kendra was also very kind. Another nod to their incredible service was that my credit card company initially declined their charge for our rides (even though I set a travel notice with my credit card...but that's another review for another company...). I panicked, hoping that it wouldn't disrupt our reservations. I immediately sorted out the credit card and let Williams Taxi and Shuttle know they could run the card again and let me know if they had any other issues. The WORST COMPANY EVER!! We reserved a taxi for at 4 mile ride and had to cancel. Watch out the cancellation policy is terrible. First they said they don't pick up from the airport, then they called me back to say they do and encouraged me to book it online. Then I had to cancel 12 hours later and they do not refund anything I paid $78 for nothing and they were not negotiable. DON'T Make reservations. read more

Williams Taxi & Shuttle is easy to reserve and responsive to phone calls. When I called before business hours to cancel my reservation 5 days in advance, they called me back based on my caller id. However, there is no ability to cancel a reservation even with giving this advanced notice. Beware of doing this business the courtesy of making a reservation (or of even informing them that you are cancelling this reservation!) because they will not provide any kind of refund. read more
