On December 6, I needed a ride to go pick up my car. This service wasn't available so I drove back to Prescott. The next day a lady from Detroit named Jaime gave me a ride. She demanded the $60 up front. After I got home, I realized I needed a receipt for my insurance. On Monday December 6, I called and guy a guy who told me to text him the situation. He said he would give the text to Jaime and she would give me a receipt. Its now Wednesday and I called the service and got a hold of Jaime. She said she never got the request and I was misinformed, she doesnt do that. read more

They are extremely professional, kind, and the drivers love our half-drunken antics. They give you an ETA and are always precisely on time if not early, and even call upon arrival. Highly recommended!!! Great service and fairly priced! read more

Company has gone under twice. We wondered why. Now we understand. We have been waiting well over two hours for a taxi which Jamie told us would be there shortly. This afternoon we're sitting in 108° heat waiting for a taxi. Finally as we're late for our event we called the company she told us someone honked in our driveway and called us. That's why we're dying of heat exposure out here. Get it together. She says she knows what she's talking about and someone was at our house honking and called us. What a liar. She said that all I know is what I know and wanted to hang up what a total flake. The last time we took the cab is smell like cigarette smoke and was dirty it looks like the car was going to literally fall apart. Do not use this taxi service they're not on time and Jamie is a flake don't waste your time. Long time resident of the valley I'm telling you this company Has no accountability to the people they say they're going to pick up they just lie and say they were there to accommodate their schedule? Used them at 8 AM to get to work when my car battery died. Driver got me to work on time and on very short notice. Called them back at 6:30 PM to go home. Got the same driver, which was really awesome. Driver said he would be there at a certain time and poof-- he was there when he said. Gotta love it. Had a GREAT experience w/ All Hours Transportation. My go to for a ride when staying in Cottonwood! It's super hard to find Ubers/Lyft in this area, but All Hours Transportation is always available when I need them. Quick pick ups, decent prices, and friendly drivers. Perfect after a day of hopping around the Verde Valley Wine Trail! read more

Excellent choice while in and around Cottonwood, Arizona. Really like their simple, flat-rate billing for local trips. They're so nice so don't forget to tip them for that fine service. Note to visitors: Make sure to ask the driver when they show up that they are available for you. Please don't 'steal' someone's driver. I use them every time, great service. read more

UNSAFE DRIVERS!!! USE CK'S NEED A LIFT FOR YOUR TAXI NEEDS!!! A year ago, I was driving behind the white PT Cruiser through Old Town on my way to Clarkdale and he was tailgating the car in front of him, kept hitting his brakes because he was so close. Proceeded to weave over the double yellow line acting as though he was going to pass the car in front of him. The car then turned on his turn signal to turn right and the PT swerved over the double yellow line in order to avoid hitting him instead of just backing off. Recently, , I was driving from Old Town into the main part of town and the driver of the White Scion was tailgating the car in front of him in the left lane (I was in the right lane next to him). After we went through the light at Mingus, the driver of the Scion decided to quickly (and no blinker) switch lanes right between us! I had to hit my brakes in order to avoid him taking off my front bumper! He then quickly (again no blinker) got back into the left lane, went around another car at a very high speed (its only 35 through there!!) and got back in the right lane and then basically ran the red light to make the right turn onto 89A. What is this guys deal?? I'm convinced it's the same driver! I work for a popular hotel in the area and we have been known to give out their cards for guests needing a taxi service... but after the way I have seen the drivers, I have since stopped giving out the cards and have told everyone I work with to not recommend them either! I will only be giving business to CK's Need a Lift from here on out!! read more

Very personable drivers! Since Cottonwood is a small town, they don't have as many drivers as the big city, so don't expect instant pick ups. It seems that 15-20 mins is their standard wait time for pick up. Going anywhere in town was $10, and $25 to go to Jerome. 2 Notes: 1. Take recommendations with a grain of salt - we told our driver that we wanted to go dancing and he dropped us off at a bar full of men (there were 3 other women in the bar) and there was not dancing! 2. At the end of the night cab service gets really busy! We waited 30 minutes for pick up outside a bar and someone else took our cab! This made me mad, it wasn't 100% their fault, but my strategy would be to tell them to pick you up at a place less crowded - like the gas station, instead of at the bar. read more

We, two friends, my wife and I just had a ride from the Verde Canyon RR to the Best Western in Cottonwood. The other three had gotten in the car, and the driver drove off not realizing I had not closed my door. She seemed to be conducting personal business on the phone and wasn't paying attention to us. She only realized my door was open after she was driving away and I said "Wait! The door is open!" Another minute passed before she ended her call and welcomed us into her car. She took two more phone calls on the drive. That is poor service. read more

We recently had a semi-emergency need for a ride from Scottsdale to Prescott. Holly picked us up, and as I had recently had hip surgery, helped with my walker. When we got to our motel, she helped bring our bags in. Then she continued on to take my wife home until she could return to the motel during our snow emergency. Highly recommended. I called and received a message machine. It didn't even identify the business by name, just... "Leave a message at the beep". They never called back. I can't recommend them in good conscience. I ended up walking the 3.5 miles to my destination. read more

Over charged my dad && the Man came to my house to give my dad back the money he over charged him, super honest & nice company!!

I used this service i am extremely disappointed he left me and my kids to walk in the hot sun he didnt even wait 2mins I walked outside with my 3 kids and he was gone I walked home not to mention I had put my bag of chips in his car and he left with them I called to ask why he left and ask if he could return my chips and he refused 20 mins later I get a text saying my chips are on the trash can outside my apartment I asked for the managers number but he refused as well. We were stranded in Cornville on vacation with a missing car fob we tried many different taxi services and all of a sudden this gentleman pulled up.....not for us... He happened to be at the gas station we were stranded in. We explained our story and he graciously took us home.... Listening to our story being kind and then gave us such a fair rate .....that was way too low....He was kind and generous and we are very thankful if we're ever in the area to use him again we definitely would and would recommend anybody using him. While picking my daughter up from Her bus stop today, Russ drove around the bus which had a full stop sign out and was letting children off. He went through the bus stop sign and made a left turn in front of me and another vehicle. When I called to report him, Russ answered and was in complete denial that he had done anything wrong! That stop sign was out and my daughter was at the front of the bus ready to cross the street when he went through. Bus driver honked at him as did I, but he could Care less about the safety of children. If he had hit my daughter he would not only be going to jail, but have a nasty lawsuit on his hands. This is not the first time I have dealt with rude unprofessional co duct from this company. They are always in a big hurry and speed around town like they own the roads! At times cutting other drivers off in their attempt get their customers to their destination. One of these days they will seriously hurt or kill someone with their practices! My driver was very nice and cooperative. I just got down here today from Minnesota and didn't really know how to get to where I am staying and he found it almost right away just by telling him with what little knowledge that I have of cottonwood. $40 for a 17 minute ride. Waited 48 minutes after being told 5. Driver spent a portion of my trip on their phone while driving. Don't use this service unless you are ready for late arrival and high cost. The service makes the price even more not worth it. 1/10 use other options. read more
