My husband Chris and I recently used this limousine service for our wedding night…read more We booked a limousine to take us from our venue, the Windmill House in Chino Valley, to our Airbnb in Prescott. While we understood that a $300 rate for a 30-minute, one-way trip was a premium price, it was our wedding night and my very first time riding in a limousine, so we were looking forward to a special, celebratory send-off. Our driver, Debbie, arrived on time and was very kind. However, the reason for this reviw is how our evening concluded. Upon arrival, Debbie refused to drive up the gravel driveway to our Airbnb, claiming she would not be able to back the vehicle down. I explained that it was a circular driveway on over an acre of land, meaning there was plenty of space to loop around without ever needing to reverse. Unfortunately, she remained uncomfortable with the drive and dropped us off at the bottom of the hill. As a result, my husband and I had to walk up a long gravel driveway in the rain at midnight--him in his suit, and me in my wedding dress--while carrying all of our luggage. While we deeply appreciated that Debbie held a flashlight and walked up the hill with us, this was far from the special experience I had envisioned for the end of our wedding night. Additionally, we noticed that our ride did not include water, drinks, or any complimentary champagne, which had been highlighted as standard "wedding specials" in other client reviews. For a premium service, it did not feel like we were valued on the biggest day of our lives. Frankly, we have received more hospitable and celebratory experiences from standard rideshare drivers at a fraction of the cost. If we had known the vehicle size would prevent us from being dropped off at our front door, we would have booked a different option or expected a phone call from their office beforehand to coordinate.

Let me just say... our experience with Prescott Valley Limo and Tim was absolutely phenomenal. We had planned to have him start doing round robin trips from the Hilton downtown Prescott to the Heritage Park Zoo, taking 3 trips of bridal party/family before the wedding. We provided him with an exact departure schedule for each trip in order to remain on schedule. Tim not only showed up over an hour early; but each trip made sure the group left on-time... which is a feat in itself, wrangling people who notoriously run late. On the final run, Tim transported me and my then wife-to-be, and was super up-beat, courteous, and professional. We asked Tim to throughout the wedding, be on standby to take any guests back who may want to leave early before the wedding buses picked up at the end. Tim made several trips, and we heard from those users he was a blast, funny and professional. Finally, when it was our turn to return from our long night, he was so sweet and helpful with packing up all of our wedding gifts in the trunk, and helping unload into the lobby of the hotel. Hands down -- he was a major part in making our wedding memorable, successful and on-time. My wife and I simply cannot speak more highly of his services. Hands down, don't stop -- pass go -- hire him. You won't be disappointed. Phenomenal experience.

So he underestimated the amount of time I have to do this and how easy it is to report to the State who oversees their licensing. So if you also run into this issue go to the ADOT webpage under " Taxi, Livery and Limousines" and file a complain. These companies are not allowed to abandon faires. So to the guy who instead of resolving the issue gave me a "Thank you." I would like to say shame on you for lying to and abandoning an elderly gentleman.
