The driver was there in five minutes. He helped me with my bags and got me to my hotel door and helped me in. I just got out of the hospital in Flagstaff a week ago with extensive medical issues. The next day I called them and this time the owner Annie pulls up at my door. She takes me to Walmart and asks when I would be done and She would have Her other driver there. I thought it would be an hour or so but I bought more than I thought I would. I rolled the little electric cart outside to call them and both of them were waiting for me right at the entrance/exit. I couldn't believe it. Annie said She just wanted to make sure I got back to my hotel o.k. Wow. Her driver, who is really efficient and a cool guy got me to my door and brought all my newly purchased crap in the room for me.
