The driver was friendly and came on time but the taxi smelled like urine and the a/c was not working and it was 90 degrees.

I would not recommend. VERY DANGEROUS! This particular driver anyway drives like a maniac, especially when going to and from fares. Was driving van #162 on August 31 2024 when I caught him/her on my own dashcam using turn lanes to go around drivers in the straight lanes. Cutting them off and making them brake to avoid collision. And God help any pedestrians that may be in the area. No turn signals used either. read more

The owner honked in my driveway right in front of my window (I live in a complex) at 6am and had the audacity to make excuses and never apologize. She got shitty with me when I requested she refrain in the future from honking. I can't believe as the owner she talks to customers like this. And I was not the one using her service. booked a ride with Claude bleak from Prescott to Prescott valley just now around 3 and it wasn't the expe I expected. The gen had a hard time staying in the lines of the road and following road guidelines and my fare came out to 42$ but was charged 49$ even and that "extra tip" he helped himself to would be well deserved if I felt my saftey was taken into consideration and traffic laws were followed. read more

I didn't actually use this taxi service but had an encounter with a driver sitting in the library parking lot, which was not pleasant or positive. The taxi driver was blocking the area between the downstairs door to the Prescott Library and the drop-off bin. I had some trouble getting my car through, but the driver could have moved up a few feet to allow cars through, but did not. As we passed the driver, my husband politely said "not a good spot" to the driver through the open window. The driver's reply was "too bad." Wow! How rude! If I ever need a taxi I will not call this service. I would expect that any company would expect a professional and courteous attitude from all their employees, especially those who represent their business in dealing with the public. read more

Don't bother with this service. There are plenty enough in town and I was appalled. Got my pick up and when the driver was late, switched the fare from the standard 2.80 a mile to 4.oo. Called him out on the 5 minute drive that cost me 20.25 (demanded a reciept) and he cussed me out on his leaving. DO NOT USE AAA TAXI!!!! read more

Rude, selfish, & distasteful. STAY AWAY. I've been in the customer service industry for quite some time and this company goes down in my books for one of the worst customer service I have ever seen/received. I called one evening asking for information, and the person on the other end of the line, says he's got other calls to take and simply hangs up as if he's got aome grudge against me (kind of like what a spouse does when they're mad at you).
