She answered the phone on the first ring every time, spoke clearly, in English and helped me with all my problems. My face was beet red on the other end of the phone. These are the things she helped me with after multiple calls. If I was staying in Phoenix, how to use their service the next morning. She explained that I needed to get to terminal C and helped me with the website specifics. We are taking a flight to Cabo and I did not want to get to the airport three hours early. Lori updated and sent revised reservations to me several times. My husband disagreed with me and thought that we should get there three hours ahead of time. New phone calls and Lori sent me revised reservations. A week later, my brother called from Prescott and said he would like to pick us up and take us to Prescott the scenic route. Lori helped me put the canceled tickets in my brothers name/number for a one year open reservation; have the service pick us up at his house instead of the Prescott office and still get us to the airport three hours ahead of time. She sent revised reservations again. I would like to thank her for all she did for me and let Groome know what an asset she is to them.
