I walked in on Friday, March 27th and was greeted by 2 of their employees that were nice, kind and helpful. They wanted to know what was it that I needed? I just wanted to see what my options were. With that being said, I started to play on few of their pianos, but didn't really get to the point of purchase. They have a variety of pianos: to rent, sell, they also come to your house or wherever that you have the instrument and will tune it for you for a reasonable cost. Also have movers to help you move your piano. This visit was mainly to check out and see what they had. Since I live in an apartment, our landlord doesn't allow us to have any musical instruments in the building. What a BUMMER!! They do financing and will work out a plan with you and negotiate a price for you. If and when I ever move into a house, I will definitely keep this place in mind. They've been established since 1928. By appointment only and the sale was going on March 27-29. Hours of operation is 10AM to 6PM. Don't know much about their parking situation, because I parked outside on the street.

Note that I asked the assistant at the store to identify the instrument for me before telling him the problem; he identified it as a violin. When I explained the reason for the return, he then said that it is a viola, and brought it to the proprietor, who insisted that it was a viola all along. I insisted on the return, but they did not refund me the tax I pre-paid, and also charged me for a full 3 months' payment instead of the 2.5 months it has been. Overall, this has been a frustrating waste of time and money. There are many other options for instrument rentals in the area and I recommend you use a different one.

This piano has been in our family since the 1970s, so it holds a lot of sentimental value, and I was very particular about who I trusted to work on it. Mr. Han was incredibly accommodating and patient, working around our piano movers who needed extra time to assemble the piano--the piano was coming from Los Angeles County to Riverside County. Once everything was ready, he got right to work. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain additional services beyond tuning and cleaning without any pressure. The end result was amazing--he truly brought the piano back to life. It both looks and sounds like new again.
