I've been bringing my vehicles to them for years, and I've never had a single bad experience. From their honesty and clear communication to the entire repair process, everything is top-notch. Unfortunately, some mechanics take advantage of women, assuming we don't understand car issues. But Ryan is different. I like to have at least a basic idea of what's going on, and he always breaks things down in a way that makes sense. Jerry arrived promptly and wasted no time diving into the inspection. He conducted a thorough multi-point check, including a code scan and thorough test drive. His attention to detail was evident, as he scrutinized every aspect of the vehicle. What truly sets Jerry apart from other mechanics I've encountered is his honesty and transparency. He explained potential issues in clear terms and provided valuable insights into the vehicle's history and future maintenance needs. Unlike some other mechanics who might try to upsell unnecessary services, Jerry focused on the essential repairs and provided a fair assessment of the vehicle's overall condition. After the inspection, I received a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations. This report was incredibly helpful in making an informed decision about the purchase. I've had experiences with other mechanics in the past, but none have matched the level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided by Jerry at Top5Mobile Mechanical. If you're in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend giving Jerry a call. You won't be disappointed! A Happy, money secured in a solid remote investment. I took my vehicle to the dealership and they gave me a whole list of issues with it. I don't necessarily trust a dealership, so I brought it to Joe. I never actually met with Joe. I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business.
