She refused to show me the bottle from where they draw the medication. Finally after me insisting on seeing the bottle, it turns out the tirzepatide was mixed with glycine and VitB12. She intentionally misled me and was negligent . She was so entitled and rude . When I asked for a refund because she should have informed me at the very beginning upon my request that she cannot provide the service I am requesting, she still ignorantly chose to proceed just to make an extra $100 for herself.

My daughter was 2 yrs old, she broke her arm, we took her to the hospital, she needed surgery, so her visit would be a longer stay, i asked them to call Dr. Cecilio so they can let her now that one of her patient was in the hospital, I also keep asking for the surgeon, due to my baby was in alot of pain.
