This is the WORST DOCTOR in town. Her staff is just as bad. They are RUDE and have the WORST communication with the doctor and patients They are always fully booked and when you finally are able to have an appointment the doctor doesn't show up and has to cancel her appointments. They lose paperwork and forget to tell you what you need to bring to the appointment so that you have to reschedule. The office is old and not welcoming at all. This doctor never fills out any paperwork for her patience like FMLA or Work forms. All she does is just talk about her good old days at university. Went in today the nurse had a bad attitude over me asking for a piece of paper she said wait that I can be seen between patients. There was 3 other people when I first got there.10 minutes in waiting area then she says oh we're so busy we can't see you. By time she said something There was only 1 person there! I told her I can wait I'm not in a rush then she says sorry gotta make an appointment. I was so upset I hate this office they completely wasted my time ! Sooo unprofessional!!! This was my third attempt at scheduling an appointment. Took the day off work and didn't even take my youngest to school thinking I wouldn't have enough time to pick her up due to the scheduled dr appt. Went in for a physical dr gave a half ass physical. Didn't want to give me my vaccine cause they didn't even know if I was a patient of theirs. I was assigned this doctor with the new Obamacare insurance. I went in one morning (first time ever) with a severe allergic reaction on my eyes hoping the doctor could squeeze me in. The receptionist had a horrible attitude and said the doctor could see me at 3:45. I go all day with the allergic reaction and wait around for my appointment. When I arrive later that afternoon, they tell me that since I didn't give them my phone number ( they never asked!!), they couldn't call me to tell me the doctor couldn't go in. I told the receptionist she didn't ask for my number and she snaps back saying "well you didn't leave it either". Umm, isn't it her job to take down patient's information? I was excited to see that I chose a doctor so close to my home. Being that it was a small office I was not impressed with the check in process. The receptionist took my information but there was no sign in sheet so I can document the time that I had to write. I waited for an hour and a half to be taken in and I also noticed one family going in ahead of me that arrived 20 minutes before. Not once was I told that it was gonna be a long wait, I took time off of work for this appointment and not once was I seen. I walked out I waited to see if the doctors office would call me and asked me why I had walked out or if I was going to come back but I never heard from them again. Extremely unprofessional!! Wish I would of looked her up on yelp before wasting my time. I made an appointment with her and took the day off work for this appointment only to be called 30 minutes before to reschedule because she had an emergency. Ok emergencies happen so I was understanding. They rescheduled me for the month after. If I could give negative stars I would. The worst dr. Ever. It take forever to get an appointment. I'm talking about over a month to only get a call the day of your appointment to get it rescheduled. And it's always for a whole another month. They never give you an appointment in a week or even two. The wait is horrible. It's always over an hour. That's with appointment. The longest time I've waited was 4.5 hrs. And she always sends you out to see other drs. I needed surgery for my gallbladder just to get a referral took over six months. Then another six to see the specialist. I ended up having an emergency surgery because she never did her paper work. I had the surgery in December and had to have a follow up with her three days after I got released. She gave it to me a month after and then called me to reschedule it. I still haven't seen her because they keep rescheduling. Worst doctor ever. I don't know why she still has her license. read more

The wait here is horrible. Even if you make an appointment you get seen 1-2hrs after. The receptionists here never call to remind you of your appointment. The waiting room is always full and theres no where to sit, so you have to wait outside. Appointments only. No walk ins, so if you have an emergency they will send you to Urgent Care. Also you can not get an appointment here unless its in 2-3weeks. The doctor is a nice doctor, gives you meds and sends you for lab work, however it is not convenient at all. Also the receptionist (older lady) comes of rude most of the time. I suggest you go to another doctor. read more

I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Gabitta. I have witnessed a a severe decline in patient services, mostly with front office staff. I needed to make appoint but every time i call the answering service answers the phone when it should be the doctor,s office. I went in person to the office to set up an appointment. I was told to wait as they needed to check some information with the doctor. I waited 45 minutes with no response. This was the last straw. I got up and left. I am taking my business elsewhere. This doctors office is horrible and the doctor is questionable also. The wait is NEVER under 60 minutes with your appointment. And the doctor rarely actually treats you for anything. She will almost ALWAYS refer you to a specialist when it isn't necessary. This is my daughters doctor not mine. Primary doctors can treat for most things she refers us away for. You can never get in when you are sick & they always tell you to go to urgent care. They will not even send in a prescription for you they tell you to go to urgent care or the ER. I had my first appointment today at Dr Gabbita's office. Vanessa greeted me at the front desk. She was both helpful and kind. Letty showed me to the examination room and immediately took care of the preliminary interview and took my vitals without delay and with a professional demeanor. Dr Gabbita came in after a relatively short wait. She answered all of my questions and was patient with this patient. I know she had others waiting, but she was thorough and I never felt that she was just rushing and going through the motions. Thank you Dr Gabbita! I would give no stars if I could. This doctor is HORRIBLE! I had to wait about 2 hours to be seen, the doctor and her staff are not friendly, and I had a list of things I had questions on and it was like she was in a rush... I had to stop her and say I wasn't done as she was already walking out the room. Also, in the room there was no soap or paper towels to wash your hands. And in the sink, there was those black plastic ear funnels that they use to look into your ear and usually toss after each patient. There were about 8 in the sink, and I went to another room to get a paper towel and also noticed them in that sink too. read more

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! I was assigned this doctor through Obamacare too. My appointment was @2:15pm. I arrived at 2pm to fill out new paperwork ahead of time only to discover the employees just returning from lunch. The office is a renovated house and I felt uncomfortable right away. I wasn't called into a room until 2:50pm and the doctor didn't come in until 3:35pm. Like Yvette said, the doctor does not smile and saw me for a maximum of 5 minutes. She didn't listen as I tried to tell her my medical history and just ordered blood work and x-rays based on what she thinks I need, not on what my needs are. I only stayed because I need her referral to see the eye doctor. I received the referral today and will change my primary doctor ASAP!! AVOID! BEWARE! CHOSE SOMEONE, ANYONE, ELSE. I only gave 1 star because I had to give something. Negative scores don't do this place justice. read more
