Cory was able to find us the perfect flat and move us in before our 3 week clock was up. Cory is very responsive, knowledgeable and above all else - honest. I rented a flat via CityZen after I saw these bad reviews of them…read more I thought I wouldn't be so unfortunate to come across any difficulties with them. But one thing I can confirm is, they are extremely irresponsible. They promised something but after I paid the rent they are like I never promised you this and that. I used to have Foxtons as my previous agent. I have heard some bad thing about them, but comparing to CityZen, Foxtons is way more responsible and caring about their tenant. Anyways, whatever I request from the landlord/agent, they never do it. Sometimes I doubt if the agent even passed my request to the landlord. All their excuses are, the landlord is not in the country bla bla bla and the answer is alway a NO. They don't even reply you on on the same day, ok that's fine. Sometimes I have to wait for 3-4 days to get their reply for a small request like if I can have some tables removed or a question about the phone line. I don't know if I am asking for too much but that's one of the reason people rent a property via an agency. The point is, my property is fully managed under CityZen. This is actually like I am renting a flat from a private landlord whom I can never speak to. For my previous 2 years experience with Foxtons, I never had this frustration and the rent there was even cheaper than what I am paying now. I am very disappointed and just hoping to finish this one year tenancy asap. This is to remind anybody who's thinking of renting a flat via CityZen. BE PREPARED, YOU ARE GONNA BE ON YOUR OWN. YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I told myself that it can't be and when I found this agent I was really glad. Once I told him what I wanted he immediately arranged a few viewings for me. That afternoon we viewed a few places and on that day itself I found my one bedroom flat in Ealing Broadway for the budget I wanted. So, who says its impossible. Nothing is impossible! That guy was really nice and very professional. He asked for the usual documents you need when you rent and made thorough checks to make sure all the paperwork is completed correctly. We signed the contract the next day and moved in the next weekend. Everything was performed efficiently and quickly.

We had a lovely lady (cant remember her name) and she gave us lots of importantant information about each house and the area it was in and the local facilities. I can recommend Guardian and throughout the whole process they helped and advised us. We will go back to them again when we have to move.

In a city of soaring rent, dodgy landlords and occasionally unscrupulous estate agents, Allan…read moreFuller are one of the good guys. I rented a flat in Putney through them and overall, received professional, courteous and prompt service throughout. Everything went pretty smoothly from the beginning. I strolled into their offices, set out my requirements and budget. Shortly afterwards I had an appointment a few days later to view a couple of flats. Two weeks later with plenty of support from them I had moved in. They were highly professional throughout, giving me plenty of notice of impending quarterly inspections and agreeing to move the date when I was working at home one day. They supplied me with all the information I needed to connect my utilities, stressed their compliance with the Govt's tenant deposit protection scheme and even - a really nice touch which I appreciated - sent me a card signed from everyone I'd met welcoming me into my new flat. Wow! Just one issue prevents them from getting 5 stars, namely a slight hitch over my securing of the flat. I had been due to view the flat on a Wednesday but couldn't due to Allan Fuller's inability to get the keys. I then had to ring them for a new appointment and by the time I got one, on Saturday, I was told the flat was under offer. To their credit they allowed me to view the flat anyway, but all of a sudden I found myself in a bidding war. Maybe that's all part of the territory in the highly-competitive world of London property but the fact is that I wouldn't have been in that situation if I had been able to see and bid for the flat on Wednesday. Anyway, it's a relatively small blemish, and one which wasn't repeated for the rest of my stay. When I gave my notice to move out, they recommended cleaners that met their requirements in the contract and showed plenty of flexibility when I had some last-minute hitches. Best of all, they acted professionally and fairly in the return of my deposit, docking only the cost of a small light bulb that I had forgotten to replace. In short: I highly recommend Allan Fuller as a professional, fair and flexible estate agent.
