This was all by phone, a wk prior to July 4th weekend. My father passed away unexpectedly, and I have been navigating an incredibly difficult week. Sami had reached out to me by email and voicemail, but because of everything that was happening, I simply wasn't able to respond. When I finally had a moment this morning, I called her personally to explain. Sami was incredibly gracious and understanding. She told me I could have simply emailed her and that the fact that I took the time to call her meant a lot to her. What she may not know is that her compassion meant just as much to me. From the professionalism and kindness I received from her staff during my initial visit to the compassion Sami personally showed me afterward, my experience with this business was exceptional. We ultimately did not make a purchase, but that did not change the kindness or professionalism I received. To me, that says a great deal about someone's character and the way they conduct their business. Sometimes the impression people leave on you matters just as much as the product or service itself. Sami and her staff left a lasting impression on me during an extremely difficult time, and I am sincerely grateful.
