I ordered something I'd probably consider mid-range compared to the lot overall price points and I ended up being really happy with it. The arrangement had what I thought was a pretty generous amount of flowers for the price and it was put together really well and is still kicking along pretty good as of this writing. The people were really friendly and personable too. I'd recommend checking them out.

I called again at 8pm and they still had not gone out and said maybe by 8:45pm. I told them that was not ok, that was too late for a delivery. Entirely unprofessional. I asked for them to deliver the next morning and to call me first by 10am. I've only gotten their voicemail and no phone call today. Still no flowers. Clearly I was a very low priority to them and they are rude and unprofessional to not keep a deadline or even bother to keep me posted. So mad. At this point I've paid for nothing except anxiety. The flowers were for a very for a very important announcement and I am just beside myself at their lack of, well, everything!

Either way, while the delivery was made by 11 am (I requested an early delivery), the bouquet had more greenery than flowers and did not come with a balloon at all. I called the florist and spoke with a lady named Tiffany. She explained that I had ordered through FTD and that they "only got 43 dollars" and some change (I can't remember the exact amount) of the money I paid and that they included the flowers and colors indicated. She was very nice but didn't offer to make it right in anyway. I plan to contact FTD as well. I'm ashamed to say I never checked the reviews on this business before I ordered because I myself am an elite Yelp reviewer and value others reviews. Lesson learned!

Flowers arrived with nothing but a tie, not very presentable. My sister was being nice and tried to take a good photo of the flowers to not hurt my feelings but even in the photo you can see the roses are not fresh and are dying. Look at the stems of the flowers too! They're dry and probably won't last for 24-48 hours. Probably better off buying flowers from Trader Joe's Update: They called me back and offered a discount for my next purchase instead of offering to replace the drying flowers. After my experience, why would I buy from here again?? They also admitted that they didn't wrap it in the brown paper because they believe a plain white tie is more festive. I wish they would have contacted me and asked if it was okay for them to change my order. Even flowers at grocery stores come with a plastic wrapping to make it more presentable! I also feel bad for the door dash driver who had to deliver these flowers without a cover. Hope their car didn't get ruined.
