Llanes Flower Shop - Beautiful arrangement. - Florists Near Me - High Point, North Carolina

I ordered the Dress the Mantel Bouquet from Llanes Flower shop as an Anniversary gift for my wife .  It was my first time ordering from them as my wife changed jobs and now works here in High  Point.  I have had some dubious dealings with other flower shops in the past with lost orders late deliveries, or substitutions that did not match what I ordered so I hoped for the best with Llanes.  I could not be more pleased with their service.  Their communication was excellent, confirming the order, emailing me photo of the completed arrangement so I could approve it BEFORE it was delivered.  Then notification that the delivery was on its way.  Not to mention the arrangement was absolutely stunning and exactly as pictured.  I can highly recommend Llanes to anyone looking for an excellent florist and will use them as my go to florist from now on.  Great job!!! read more

Teresita took my order for a last minute corsage all the while they are in the dark from a thunderstorm with no power. She was still so kind and thoughtful and creative. I felt like I didn't have to tell her exact details but she just knew. She took my balloons out to the car for me if my hands were full I would have hugged her!! She took all anxiety away. This is a YES!! read more

Sent flowers to a friend going through a tough time. They were fresh, beautiful and on time.

I live in California, and my folks live in High Point, so it was important to find a flower shop that could take care of my gift giving needs! Carol is awesome, so friendly, and very helpful with suggestions for that special gift that will make Mom call me right up to say how much she loved the flowers. VERY HAPPY I found Grace Flower Shop, and I highly recommend them! Janice Betian, Oak Hills, CA read more

Could not deliver order on Valentine's Day, no call, nothing. Had to refund after I chased down status at 6pm, flower shop that can't deliver the biggest flower holiday there is. Very frustrated considering the cost of arrangements and making dads/husbands that get their goods from the grocery store look like geniuses. read more

It won't give you delivery charges til you do an entire checkout! How will I know if I want it or not? They can't calculate their own delivery charge when I click on the item or before? Sheesh! read more

I ordered a basket of live plants for my uncle's funeral. I felt that the arrangement received was skimpy. I was embarrassed by the size of the individual plants in the baskets. They asked for a review by email and I responded in the same manner. I got no response from them. I will not buy from them again. read more

I've used Grace Flower Shop for several years now and have always been happy with the bouquets delivered. I prefer to go in and tell them a little bit about the person and occasion, then they make suggestions that are always better than what I would have come up within my own. The owner is very sweet and clearly loves her customers and the flower business. read more

I ordered some flowers for a friend and she received them they were the right flowers, but the colors were wrong. When I called the flower shop they were extremely nice and offered to rectify the situation. In a few hours my friend received the a beautiful arrangement of the colors that fits her personality. I also received a text message from the flower shop showing me what the new arrangement looked like before they sent it out. They went above and beyond for me. I will definitely use Grace Flower Shop again when I need flowers delivered in High Point. read more

I had no experience with Grace, living outside NC, but called them when a relative there passed away. From map, they were close to the church. We asked their recommendation and went with it. They delivered a gorgeous arrangement which the family used in the service. I definitely recommend Grace Flower Shop! read more

I was referred to Grace Flower Shop yesterday when I had a need to order some flowers for a funeral. The arrangements delivered far exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend this florist with the utmost confidence. I called to ensure that what I saw on the website was indeed what would be delivered and again - WOW. Great customer service - they said what they could do and exceeded my expectations - something that rarely happens! Thanks Grace Flower Shop! read more

Stopped in because I was asked to get a long stemmed red rose for a family member's gravesite. Everyone inside was very friendly and helped me promptly. When discussing price, I pulled out my debit card to pay, and was told not to worry about it. I most certainly appreciated this kind gesture, which made the task at hand just a little easier. They've definitely earned my family's future business! read more
