Funerals are not fun! And it's even worst when you are trying to have the right type of flowers sent to a place you're not sure of. But the whole staff, owner and all, are were so thoughtful and supportive in my journey of ordering and sending the right flowers for a funeral service. This was all by phone, a wk prior to July 4th weekend. The service was held on Monday, after the long weekend, and I got a txt message from Wendy with a picture of the beautiful flowered cross and a message with "it's on the way", hours before the service was to start. Wanted to send flowers to new parents in Greensboro. After seeing a ridiculous delivery charge from a certain company's website, I googled for a local florist in Greensboro. I called the florist directly, spoke with them about the type of arrangement and price point I preferred. The florist gave me a suggestion I liked and the order was placed for delivery to a Greensboro hospital. The next morning I got a call from the florist. Unfortunately the new parents and baby had left the hospital before the flowers were delivered. The florist asked if I had the address of their residence, and they would REFRESH THE ARRANGEMENT and deliver to them. That is impressive service. I ordered the 'Dance with me bouquet' for around $70 and had it delivered to a place of business. I received a picture from my significant other and I have to say I've never been so embarrassed in my entire life. First picture is what I was promised, the second is what I received . The worst part is when I tried to call it directed me to a call center where I had an operator email the company to call me back. It's been a few hours and still haven't been contacted. Absolute worst company in recent memory. Do not buy from these people. This is 100% false advertising. read more

This is my 1st choice when looking to give an arrangement to my family members, especially to my beautiful wife. Always friendly and willing to make whatever you have in mind. I recently came to order something for my wife's birthday and they did an excellent job with the flowers I wanted in the arrangement. They have balloons and teddy bears to complement your arrangement. Most of the times I ask for the delivery service and never had an issue with that, always has been delivered within the time frame. I would not advise ordering from this florist. My sister order me a birthday flower arrangement. I sent my sister a picture of what I received & she said it was not at all what she had ordered. Total for the arrangement was $60.00 in a very small vase it had 2 roses, 3 little white flowers, 2 lilies & greenery. She called & advised what was delivered was not what she ordered & was told they would replace the flowers the next day which would have been December 31. As of today I have not received any replacement flowers. I wish I could add a picture so you could see how very small/tiny it was. read more

My mother called Bouquet Boutique about florals for my wedding. She spoke to Wendy extensively for 30+ minutes about ideas and pricing for the bouquet, florals for the 5 tables and ceremony arch, no wedding party. She told my mother to call back when we had locked in our date and venue, so I then called and spoke to Wendy myself to set up a consultation. She asked me to send her an email with some photos of flowers that I like. Once I sent the email I immediately got an email back from owner Leah cancelling my consultation with no explanation except that she "couldn't commit". This was so off putting to me, I was shocked and confused that the owner would just cancel an appointment in that manner without reaching out to me to discuss. After two conversations with Wendy, she never mentioned that there was any issue with my request. It's clear that the staff is poorly trained, but I can see why, because there is also major lack of professionalism by the owner. Don't waste your time like they did mine and avoid at all costs. read more

Let me put it this way, today is Feb. 15 at 1:30 p.m. and I still have not received my Valentine's Day flowers that were supposed to be delivered yesterday!!! All my husband keeps being told is they are on the truck for delivery. Needless to say he finally canceled, and when he did, they were like we can send a fresh arrangement on Monday!! No!! Bought the yelp deal before discovering that it was not accepted online, called the florist & they helped figure it out over the phone! While the Yelp deal is not accepted online, you can use it in the shop or over the phone. The recipient of the flowers absolutely loved them & they were delivered within hours of ordering! If I could give zero stars I would. This is my one and only experience with this company. I did a online order for a flower arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day Friday..Gave my card info and got a conformation #. Nowhere did it say they were not still accepting online orders for Mother's Day flower delivery. Saturday they left a message stating they couldn't deliver til Monday. So I called them. Spoke to a lady who told me same thing. I said then why did my order go thru ? She asked me if I wanna speak to the owner. Owner Leah says they can't deliver on Sunday but could send today. I quote I said that was fine As long as they got there before Mother's Day......A couple hours later same lady calls aka the owner Leah ..Acting like we didn't already talk that morning! I said we already talked this morning and you said you could send them today! She says she never said that. I told her she knows what she said and that she was a fucking lier. She hung up on me. Worst customer experience ever. She said they weren't delivering in that area. I would have paid double to have my grandmas flowers to her on Mother's Day. Lost a customer for life. read more
