I ordered something I'd probably consider mid-range compared to the lot overall price points and I ended up being really happy with it. The arrangement had what I thought was a pretty generous amount of flowers for the price and it was put together really well and is still kicking along pretty good as of this writing. The people were really friendly and personable too. I'd recommend checking them out.

Sherwood Flower Shop in Winston is the kind of place that completely restores your faith in local…read morebusinesses. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care and artistry behind everything they do. This is not your average grab-and-go flower counter, this is floral design at its finest. The designers' custom bouquets are truly breathtaking. They don't just arrange flowers; they compose them. Every bouquet feels intentional, balanced, and alive, like it was designed specifically for the person receiving it. The color combinations are bold yet harmonious, the textures are layered beautifully, and the freshness of the blooms is obvious the second you see (and smell) them. You can tell they understand form, movement, and emotion. It's art you can hold in your hands. What really sets them apart is their ability to listen. You can give them a vague feeling -- "romantic but wild," "modern but soft," "earthy and natural" -- and they somehow translate that into a stunning arrangement that exceeds expectations. The designers have a gift for blending classic elegance with unique, unexpected touches that make each bouquet feel one-of-a-kind. Every time I've ordered from Sherwood Flower Shop, the arrangements have lasted beautifully and drawn nonstop compliments. If you're looking for flowers that feel thoughtful, elevated, and absolutely unforgettable, this is the place. Winston is lucky to have such talented floral artists.

Accounting records were never correct, arrangements were produced without request, seasonal grave decor was juvenile. This caused a lot of discord in the family who requested floral service. Take your money to a florist that can at least deliver in a remotely timely fashion and not act blasé, dropping a general disclaimer about not guaranteeing delivery times. If you can't get your orders out in an organized fashion to accommodate reasonable requests accompanied by a good tip, don't take the orders offer to refund the tip. Otherwise, your customers are wasting their money. As for me, I won't be wasting mine here again. Stick to weddings and not delivery orders.

Flowers arrived with nothing but a tie, not very presentable. My sister was being nice and tried to take a good photo of the flowers to not hurt my feelings but even in the photo you can see the roses are not fresh and are dying. Look at the stems of the flowers too! They're dry and probably won't last for 24-48 hours. Probably better off buying flowers from Trader Joe's Update: They called me back and offered a discount for my next purchase instead of offering to replace the drying flowers. After my experience, why would I buy from here again?? They also admitted that they didn't wrap it in the brown paper because they believe a plain white tie is more festive. I wish they would have contacted me and asked if it was okay for them to change my order. Even flowers at grocery stores come with a plastic wrapping to make it more presentable! I also feel bad for the door dash driver who had to deliver these flowers without a cover. Hope their car didn't get ruined.
