We cannot thank Toni and Gary enough for the beautiful arrangements for my mothers memorial service. Everything on all 4 pieces was exceptional and above and beyond. The designs, colors, unique sentiments were all carefully, lovingly, and beautifully crafted. Toni took time to listen as I talked about my mother and this was displayed in each piece. I planned on using this florist for my wedding next year but now I definitely will not. First, she was unable to meet at all on any Sunday and only after 5pm on Monday. Then, Monday comes and I attempt to email Toni in the morning about coming by earlier with no response all day. At 4:45 I pull over after not being able to locate her "store" (there is no store front, only a "work space" which I did not see) so I call her "store" again, with no response. I then call her cell phone, she picks up and tells me that she is currently "on the other side of the world" getting a pedicure and asks if I would come back in an hour. As I live an hour away, my mom is visiting from several states away, and it's already 5pm I told her we were unable to wait any longer. She continued to repeat that she had a pedicure and went on about how hard it is to find a good pedicurist and how much harder it is to get seen (meanwhile we made our appointment to see her TWO MONTHS AGO) as if that excuse had any sort of validity. When I asked if she remembered our appointment she told me her husband reminded her just today (again, this appointment was made TWO MONTHS AGO via email) and somehow, though her newly scheduled pedicure interfered with our previously arranged appointment, she somehow didn't feel the need to contact me at any point today or even check her email when I contacted her in the morning about moving up our appointment to an earlier time. Apparently she didn't consider what would happen when we showed up to her "store" for our appointment and she was busy elsewhere getting a pedicure. If you're looking for a florist, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This woman clearly doesn't want anyone's business so don't bother! read more
