I ordered flowers from here this past Mothers Day. It was a dark, creepy place when I walked in that reminded me of an abandoned funeral home. But I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. They called me before I was supposed to pick my flowers up to tell me that they didn't have the correct color roses on hand and that it would be another day until they would come in. I told them they could use a different color seeing as how I needed them the next morning. I paid upon ordering and when I seen them I was astonished as to how awful they looked. It looked nothing like the picture, I even paid more to have MORE flowers put in the arrangement. The flowers were already beginning to die and overall everything just looked awful. They were boxed when I picked them up and as soon as I got home and looked at this disgrace of an arrangement, I called to ask why I received such poor quality flowers and she replied that if I didn't like them to bring them back for a refund. The only thing I wanted was for the arrangement to be fixed but she was extremely rude and once again told me, if you want them keep them, if you don't, bring them back and that the vase cost half of what the arrangement what worth. I paid $55 for this arrangement. This florist could careless about your business and will sell you low quality flowers for high quality prices. I should've trusted my instincts when I walked in this place and turned around and went anywhere else but this so called florist. read more

I had a cup of sunshine flower arrangement sent to a family member for their birthday today. The tea cup in the online photo was very pretty and had a yellow butterfly to match the yellow flowers. I just new my family member as well as myself would remember this gift as being bright and cheery. The delivery was a same day delivery. This convenience was awesome seeing that it was a spur of the moment request. Everything seemed to be going as planned until my family member sent me a photo thanking me. At the same time all I was hearing was myself saying "why is there a BLUE butterfly and not a YELLOW one?" I called the florist and was told that they had been out since Mother's Day and that blue compliments the color yellow. While my family member did not know the difference I sure did. I did not receive a call or email asking what other color I would like. Also the daisy's are not like the ones in the photo. The ones in the sunshine tea cup arrangement that was received have a different look then what the photo shows on line. The ones received are long and thin not full and plentiful. I don't know that I will use this flower shops on line ordering in the future. I do feel that if a phone number and/or email is ask for then one if not both should be used to keep the person paying in the loop of their order! read more
