We cannot thank Toni and Gary enough for the beautiful arrangements for my mothers memorial…read moreservice. Everything on all 4 pieces was exceptional and above and beyond. The designs, colors, unique sentiments were all carefully, lovingly, and beautifully crafted. Toni took time to listen as I talked about my mother and this was displayed in each piece. I wish flowers lasted forever as I would cherish Toni's artwork for years to come. Thankfully we have beautiful photos and memories from that day. Thank you again.

I planned on using this florist for my wedding next year but now I definitely will not. First, she…read morewas unable to meet at all on any Sunday and only after 5pm on Monday. Then, Monday comes and I attempt to email Toni in the morning about coming by earlier with no response all day. At 4:45 I pull over after not being able to locate her "store" (there is no store front, only a "work space" which I did not see) so I call her "store" again, with no response. I then call her cell phone, she picks up and tells me that she is currently "on the other side of the world" getting a pedicure and asks if I would come back in an hour. As I live an hour away, my mom is visiting from several states away, and it's already 5pm I told her we were unable to wait any longer. She continued to repeat that she had a pedicure and went on about how hard it is to find a good pedicurist and how much harder it is to get seen (meanwhile we made our appointment to see her TWO MONTHS AGO) as if that excuse had any sort of validity. When I asked if she remembered our appointment she told me her husband reminded her just today (again, this appointment was made TWO MONTHS AGO via email) and somehow, though her newly scheduled pedicure interfered with our previously arranged appointment, she somehow didn't feel the need to contact me at any point today or even check her email when I contacted her in the morning about moving up our appointment to an earlier time. Apparently she didn't consider what would happen when we showed up to her "store" for our appointment and she was busy elsewhere getting a pedicure. If you're looking for a florist, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This woman clearly doesn't want anyone's business so don't bother!

We were advised well in advance and with ongoing communication throughout the transition to Lilly as our new point person and on-site coordinator for our wedding. Lilly was bright, cheerful, strived to listen and understand our vision and assist in bringing it to life. Our seating chart, table settings, ceremony, exit set up, and the full breakdown were concepts in our heads and became better than expected through Lilly's and Rebecca's efforts. Could not recommend KS Otter, Katie, or her amazing team more in your need a wedding coordinator.

However, sitting around the table for dinner is the only time we have as a family and a tradition I am not ready to give in on. This service allows me to put a healthy dinner in front of my family nightly - as well as some scrumptious breakfast and dessert options. I highly recommend them. They deliver weekly, menu changes weekly so you have diversity to tempt your pallets, and it's super easy. Just pop the meals in the oven and 20-30 min later dinner is served.
