So somebody else's birthday was a couple months later when we realized "hey we got those balloons." So we thought it would be funny to carry them up to party city and get them refilled. We didn't buy anything else. We just asked if they would refill the balloons and they did. And we've been doing that for about three years now with the same balloons!
