It is a fascinating collection of all types of toys from mechanical to computerized and even as pictured, really amazing wood puzzles. You could sort of think of one of those nature stores in a mall mashed up with Santa's toy shop. Although it's not Christmas toys, it's just here's a lot of handmade stuff as well. I forget what I bought there but I did buy something.... Oh yes they had even the little license plates with names on it and I got one for my grown daughter to put on her bike... That said Montana since she is a new resident. I couldn't tell if the gal behind the counter was simply a clerk, the manager, or the owner. She didn't hover, she didn't care how long I looked or what I looked at, but she was very helpful and made it clear that she was there to assist. I heard her take phone calls helping people figure out if she had what they might be looking for. And I would say there is a toy for every budget so definitely a place to go if you're looking for something unique as a souvenir to take back home as a gift.

There are multiple checkout lanes which tend to be long especially during peak times like holiday times so just be patient. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was "helped" by a woman with long…read morebrown hair with a blonde streak and glasses (didn't catch her name). This store is advertised as a UPS access point with a sign on the front door. She told me they could only take my package if it was already packaged and ready to go with a printing label. I created a label on my phone however she said she would not print it for me. I asked her where I could buy some cardboard boxes and tape and she said she "wasn't entirely sure" where they were located in the store. I asked what the store hours were tomorrow so I could come back with the label printed and she said they should be open until 7pm tomorrow but only if staffing "is reasonable" otherwise she doesn't know what hours they'll actually be open. The entire time she acted extremely annoyed and rude and bothered by me even being there asking for her assistance. She is a very unkind worker who should not be employed in customer service in any capacity.
