The people were very nice and the gravy do the chicken was on point! However, my fried okra was VERY greasy. A dark oily residue was coming from them, which made them essentially inedible. I have always thought Williams Chicken on Robert B Cullen has the best and most fresh chicken. Well today it may have still been good but I had the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in all of my 61 years. When I pulled up to the speaker to place my order the lady came on and said "Yeah, what do you need" and I asked for a 2pc mixed with breast and leg and before I finished my order she said "Alright" and apparently left the speaker. When I got to the window I knew she didn't have my order right because of the price she gave me and I said "I ordered a dinner pack and she simply closed the window. I decided to go ahead and just take the chicken so I paid for it and when I pulled around and checked my order I had a wing and leg. As I was about to go back to the drive thru I noticed a sign in the window that said "Lobby open early 9:00 am so I backed up and went inside. A different lady was at the register and I told her that wasn't what I ordered and as she was about to take care of it, the same rude and lady came running around to the window yelling "I gave you what you ordered". She said that twice and I picked up my receipt from the counter and showed her the receipt was correct but the order wasn't. She then began to tell me I needed to leave because the lobby wasn't open and I explained to her that the only reason I came in was because the sign was on the window and the told me I need to take that up with corporate. After she continued arguing the other employee fixed my order and by this time she (the angry employee) was standing in the door telling me to get out and by this time I had had enough. I told the other lady to refund my money. I asked the cashier to write the number for corporate on the back of my receipt and of course it wasn't the number for their district manager. I went to the corporate office on Ledbetter and was given the number for the district manager. Left a message for him with no response so far. The unprovoked treatment I received at this location is unacceptable and I will never do business at this location again because I do have a choice where I spend my money and I don't have to take that from anyone when I'm spending my money.
