It's a great service they offer. And it is only $9.99. after so many points you can actually get a free one, Not sure how many you need to do. The only problem I wish the dryers were a bit warmer. They really don't get warm just blows air enough so you can dry them. Plus the shampoo is always getting very low when we go. It's a great way to get any size dog washed but great for big dogs. Try it out I recommend it highly!
