Bring your own dishware... - Comfortable phone booths - Friendly staff I was in town for a show at Rams Head Live and wanted to get to Baltimore early in the day to avoid any traffic problems. Thankfully, Spark Baltimore seemed like the perfect spot since it is right next door to the venue, so I could work all day without having to worry about getting to the venue! Spark Baltimore has some awesome amenities for $15 a day. You can work anywhere you like across the 2 floors, have unlimited cold brew coffee (which is uh-mazing), can book a phone booth, and get pretty fast wi-fi. While I was there, I was able to take advantage of most of the amenities that the space had to offer. The phone booths (while being located two floors down from the main floor), were comfortable. USB and AC outlets were provided and the light was great for long video or phone calls. The kitchen is pretty nice as well. Both the first and 2nd floors have kitchens. I mostly hung out in the third-floor kitchen, which has the cold brew on tap and some alcohol for members of Spark. The only letdown I experienced with the kitchen was the lack of dishware. If you're planning on bringing your lunch here, just make sure that you bring a microwave-safe dish and utensils. For cups and things that they do have, there is a dishwasher if you prefer to use that. All-in-all, this was such a win! As an added bonus, I was able to hear the bands that I was going to see during their soundcheck from inside the building. That's just super unique and cool!

There is a mix of all age groups, so would not say it is totally geriatric. It's a good starter home for young couples. I try to ignore the nosy gossips, but you will have them anywhere you live. I bought here due to the great location, safety, and quiet neighborhood. I can walk to Hunt Valley Town Center. No snow shoveling. No grass cutting. I'm very happy to live here.

I then received a letter from Susan listing over 30 items which had to be addressed before r ending. She advised me that their handyman would price the repairs. I had someone very knowledgeable dgeable go over the list. It was so petty it was to the point of absurdity. More importantly, there was false information in there about totally unnecessary repairs. If I had not had help, I would have paid for made up repairs. Moon Ridge once confronted with my concerns discontinued my contract. Mark lies in his response to me telling me I had to address the concrete driveway be for renting. This is the he opposite of what he told me. He also mentioned painting the window sills which I agreed would be done. This company is dishonest in my experience with them and also in my experience, very poorly managed with no communication between the owners. Find a more professional company.
