First of all, I am always terrified to leave Felix (10 year old Siamese) as he gets destructive and enjoys shredding furniture, blinds, drapes etc. I moved here during the pandemic and was thrilled to have a referral for Him. Chanel is very professional, I asked her to come by and meet him as well as get the run down in the house. I was confident and pleased with our visit. She was great about sending me cute Felix updates and photos. And the best part, Felix was happy to have her company and did not terrorize the house. She is very respectful and took care to make sure my house was in the same condition that she found it. I have hired her again, since then. Animal kingdom said the would come for a large amount of money pain in cash. A women vet and a man came to my home, walked in with a needle and without saying a word, grabbed my dog. I asked them to wait, I had questions, concerns. I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. They then asked us to leave the room and let them euthanize my dog alone because we were too emotional. My son and niece stayed. As I waited I could here m6 dog screaming multiple times. I ran back in to see them laying on her and my dog was terrified. This was a horrible way to die. I wanted her to be comfortable and safe. My poor dog was neither, the was terrified during her final time. These people were horrible. I was trying to give my Dog peace and it turned into torture. Please do not use this company, our sweet babies deserve better.

I thought it was unusual that a single entity veterinarian still existed ANYWHERE, so I made an appointment to see the doctor having seen several vets on this issue previously. My dog has a pre-existing problem for which he will require surgery. When I pulled up to the address, I was unsure where the veterinary clinic was located - it was completely unmarked. I made an assumption that it was what looked like a renovated garage or side property. The door was locked. I was on time, so I wasn't sure what was going on. I rang the doorbell. Still nothing. After a few minutes, a gentleman (I'll call him the judge - you'll see why in a minute) came out and asked if I had an appointment. I told him I did. He led me to a table on the side of he house to fill out paperwork. He asked me three times to sit down, and I told himi I didn't want to sit down. This seemed to be an issue for him. I filled out the forms at which point he informed me that it would be a few minutes wait. Finally they came to take my dog. Romeo, that's my dog, was taken inside and I was told I had to wait outside. I was shocked by this and not just a little uncomfortable that I was unable to stay with my dog for the visit which consisted of establishment of care and an exam relating to his pre-existing condition. I asked if it would be alright to wait in my car. The judge responded by saying, "why, are you cold?" Rude, I thought. Yes. I'm cold. It's 50 degrees outside, overcast and windy and you've provided no place for animal owners to be made comfortable. Eventually the judge and the vet came out with Romeo, and I was told that my best option was to go back to the shelter where I'd gotten Romeo and ask for their help. In other words, no meaningful advice whatsoever. I should note here that at NO POINT during the visit was I able to speak to the veterinarian without the judge being present.The vet told me what a sweet dog I have. I know this. I was looking for veterinary assistance. What I got was a vet with an agressive bodyguard. As the judge assisted me with processing payment, he shared with me that he'd been in law enforcement for many decades and was now retired and available to help his wife. He then informed me that he had served as a judge for some or all of those decades. The dimensions of his personality began to fall into place. The feeling I got from him was that I wasn't trusted, I wasn't welcome there, but they loved my dog. Duh. My dog is awesome. After some time I took my dog back to a vet I've done business with before. He gave me a quote to perform the necessary surgery that Romeo requires. The quote was for $2500. On a whim, I thought I'd forward the quote to Animal Kingdom to see if the numbers aligned with what they would charge. The next day I got a call from the judge. He asked me how I'd be paying. I said credit card. He seemed very put off by that answer. He said if I were paying in cash he might be able to reduce the price but since I'd be paying with credit card I was out of luck.The judge then told me I since I'd already seen another vet, I should go back to them at which point he swiftly ended the call. All in all, the vet seems nice. The judge is...not the best person to be an assistant/receptionist/whatever the hell he's supposed to be doing there. He doesn't have the personality for it. And not allowing owners inside with their animals is, to me, very offputting. I won't be going there again.

Staff have been very empathic, kind, and caring. Dr. Lane is extremely knowledgeable and had identified a misdiagnosis from our previous vet. Our 16 year old heeler mix recently passed due to kidney disease. Dr. Lane was able to identify what was going on and provide recommendations to make the remainder of his life as comfortable as possible. When it came time to make the challenging decision to help him pass on, Dr. Lane and her staff were very kind and gave us the ability to be with him as long as we needed. I could not thank them enough!

Two weeks later my cat is lethargic, and I have to wait until Tuesday after the holiday to call in. Well, he died that Monday night. I call to inform them and introduce myself and they hurriedly start telling me they need to switch his antibiotics. Why couldn't they have called me? It doesn't take two weeks to get results. The kicker? I brought my cat in because he was sick and it was determined to be a bacterial infection. They insisted the cat get a rabies vaccine as if that couldn't wait. It probably weakened his immune system. I'm so tired of greedy and dismissive vets. Do yourself a favor and find a better one elsewhere.

Also, Velvet is a large cat, but Blanca is VERY gentle, handles her well, and does a VERY professional job trimming her fur and giving her a bath. Last visit, Velvet had some mats & tangles in her fur. Blanca trimmed & combed her out beautifully, getting out all the tangles. We love that Blanca comes to the house. She is punctual, thorough, and the pricing is affordable and fair. I will ask her to trim Velvet's claws next visit. We highly recommend Blanca's grooming service.
