He and my husband alone packed an entire home and shop within 4 days. He has an uncanny knack for knowing exactly what should stay versus go. He listens intently and then lines up perfectly with a plan. He's professional, experienced, and I would trust him with my most precious possessions. I found Steve on Yelp a few months ago when I was considering clearing out my life of everything unnecessary. The task was so daunting at the time I just could not begin. Steve left such a positive lasting impression that I programmed his number in my phone. He checked in on me off and on gently offering his support and services. We put our home on the market and it sold unexpectedly in 3 weeks. I was in shear panic and terror at the realization that 30 years of life lived in this house needed to be packed and ready to go within 1 week. My daughter and her husband live in Portland and they just had their first baby. That way I can help my daughters family out as they are navigating having a newborn in the house. I was lucky enough to find KAT and her amazing customer service that helped us so much and continues to do so. For a short period of time after the baby was born I happened to be in Portland and during that time Kat took care of delivering groceries to us a few times, as a matter of fact with the first delivery she also left a lovely card congratulating my daughter and son-in-law on the birth of their son. It was a very lovely touch. I've since been back in Southern California but I continue to use Kat to help them With delivery of their groceries. She calls or texts from the store if something needs to be substituted, she's always very kind in her communications, and is also very aware not to knock on the door at my daughters house in case the baby is asleep. Kat's delivery service is just an all-around 10 if you are looking for some help. I can't imagine anybody being better.
