It was in the 90's and the bus was not drivable. It was 3:45 pm on a Friday afternoon when I contacted Chandler...we thought the water pump/belt had failed. Chandler drove to where the bus was in Only, TN, assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, drove back into Nashville for parts and returned to work on the bus late into the evening in a parking lot. I received at call at 9:30pm that he had repaired the bus. Chandler was an excellent communicator, completed the repair so quickly and for a very fair price. I would use Tristar Roadside Rescue again and would give more than 5 stars if I could! So thankful!

They picked up all of the needed parts for me and called me at each shop to OK the prices, dropped my tire off at their vetted shop (after they stood in the cold searching for leaks for over an hour the night before), and put it all together in one single day.
